“I was waiting for my shopping to arrive unaware of an attempt of delivery, bit disappointing that I have not received any email about it. I called Cs and lady was very helpful and willing to sort my query for second attempt of delivery which had happened but again no email confirmation of where was eventually dropped off, at my neighbours. Short story, very good Cs just lacking on communication of deliveries.”

“Ordered a bunch of service items for my mums car for delivery using website. Parts came within a few days. Went to fit the wiper blades and they are incorrect. I call a few days later, the guy at the other end of the phone confirmed they had sent the wrong blades but I’ve got to return them! I wouldn’t mind if it was an honest mistake but he admitted they’re sent the wrong ones. Now I’ve got to loose an hr out of my day to drive there, return the part and drive back. I paid for delivery yet I’m the one having to return the parts.”
