“Well , I ordered breaks disks there for collection it's was the nearest shop from my home around 30 min drive. When I arrived everything was ready so I took the parts to my car and before I leave just double check if it's this what I actually ordered. And I noticed the disk are different to that I ordered and I checked part number on the box which was different to that I have on my invoice, my was ending 112 A and this was 122A so I got back to the shop to inform and swap item for the right one but instead I've been told to come back tommorow so because of traceling time i said I want to cancel order and they said I can't do it and I can only swap but tommorow. I wasn't happy with it but I said ok . I came back tommorow which took me another hour and when I arrived there was no car space in the car park so I park next to following car because this is quite heavy and I have back problem i just got this to the shop and this time was no problem with this item but that time cost me 60 £ penalty because I park on the street next to car park. I would say it's not my fault that car park was full and if the item would be right at first time I wouldn't get any extra cost as the penalty. So ain't got good experience with this shop with behaviour of the personel who working there. Totally bad experience”
