“The wifes car needed a new battery so i started to research suppliers. Euro Car Parts was way more competitive for the correct battery so no brainer to order. What really surprised me was that delivery was free and then was delivered first thing next day by a very courtious delivery driver. I would highly recommend Euro Car Parts, very impressed”

“Ordered part online and got delivered to store. The part was not delivered to the store when i went to pick up as per my email. had to wait another 2 working days for part to come in. Worker in Store was very helpful.”

“I bought wheel trims, they look very nice, although they scratch easily, probably fine for drivers who don't hit the kerb🤭 They are very good value for £13 so I will happily replace when I have scratched all of them.”

“Awful service - I ordered a rear wiper for a Fabia and went to collect & pay for it the next day. On paying for it I way told it would "be available in a minute", after 45 mins I gave up and asked for a refund. When I queried as to why it was not to hand when I arrived as it was pre-ordered I was told they were "too busy" I am not sure if they meant at the time I was there or the previous afternoon. I worked in various motor franchises for 25 years in numerous departments and we would not have remained in business with service like this. I will never use Euro Car Parts again.”

I placed an order for replacement window wipers which I was convinced were the right ones having put my car details into your website site but your guy behind the counter bless him checked and it turned out they would not have fitted and continued to find the one's that would and DO fit perfectly. “At 66 years old and trying to save money doing certain things yourself it was great to go to Europe parts who helped me choose the right parts that I needed to do odd bits to car . They went beyond helpful making me feel I could do rather than just another customer . I picked up parts and I fitted and felt good about it . Thankyou Europe parts who helped.”
