“Ordered the part (showing in stock) went 2 days later to collect. Not in stock. Why did I have to drive there to be told it's not available!? When ordering online it should be picked and put on a shelf ready and taken off sale, not sold to someone else for a customer to be let down. Really frustrating experience. Ordered off Amazon next day for £5 less. Won't bother in future.”

“Customer in store was exceptional. I can’t thank your colleague enough, I didn’t pay attention when creating an online order and had to duplicate it, which was relayed to me. “Placed an order online for collection, once I got in store i asked the sales person if I could take a look at the order before purchasing. When I looked at it, I noticed it wasn't quite what I needed. The sales person cancelled my order for me and tried to find the item I was after, sadly none in stock. But because of the customer service I recieved in the Folkestone branch. It still warrents 5/5”

“I didn't realise Euro Car Parts did home deliveries now - and same day too. Better than Amazon! Needed a wiper blade, put my reg in on the website, it told me which blade I needed and it was delivered to my doorstep 4 hours later. Can't ask for better than that.”
