“Up to a point it was fine but the spark plugs have been a nightmare. The ones I’ve given do not match the picture that I ordered. Also I threw in two different spark plugs to my order and I still haven’t been able to replace the two that are wrong I have had my money back which is fine but it means that when I buy two spark plugs they will be at full price”

“I purchased a car battery for an avensis 2010. Although being advised that it was the right one, Although it fitted it was 10mm too long & 15mm too high. This meant that the battery clamp does not fit. I am in the process of working round it.”

“A simple process of entering your registration number and searching for the required part that then gives you alternatives for your requirement. Order placed with a surcharge added for the old part to be returned and fully refunded back to you when done. In my case i returned the old unit upon collecting the new for compatability and the refund was processed immediately. I would definitely recommend Euro Car.”
