“Although I've had a few of the infamous long waits over the years at Euro Car Parts, I must give credit where it is due having recently (for the first time) bought from the Cirencester branch. At about midday on a Saturday I needed a new caliper and an online check showed one at Cirencester. I rang to check there was definitely one there. Initially the call rang out then diverted to Swindon who took my query and said Ricky from Cirencester would call me back. Within 10 minutes he had and had already checked and confirmed the part was available. When I collected it, Ricky explained the surcharge and refund for calipers and was generally helpful. The part was fitted that afternoon and was indeed correct. I took the old caliper back on the Monday, received a refund of the surcharge and also some advice about the range of fuel additives/system cleaners all of which Ricky had used and gave practical advice on. I will be going back there.”
