“We placed an order for parts to be collected and paid for at Bridgwater Branch. On receipt of an e-mail stating that the order was ready for Collection and payment, we procedded to Bridwater branch, where the Lady on duty said that she had not received the Order ! However, we had a list of what we had ordered,and she proceeded to find the parts all bar one item. We paid for the parts. Subsequently we have been bombarded with e-mails further stating that the ordered parts were ready for collection ! Some 'Gremlin' in your Ordering system.”

“I reserved parts on line ,Went to collect them . On entering the Harrogate branch a very grunting man appears,I said good morning how are you and hardly any response just a grunt ! As it says please give reservation number for collection,I started telling him the number and he stopped me mudflow and just said “What’s your name “ then walked away and my parts were put on the counter and paper work was given to me ,Think this guy needs some new PR skills !! He has done a good job because I will never use this branch again .Hes totally Ignorant !”

“I ordered a couple of things, and went to the store. i didnt realise that my order had not arrived, been processed yet, i was too early. None the less, the asssistant was kind enough to give me products in lieu of this, which was brilliant as i had, had a long walk to get there. Once my products had arrived, a day later, i returned them to the assistant...brilliant service in this day and age.”
