“I put my number plate in your search bar and ordered x4 window wipers that your site told me was compatible with both my vehicles whan they arrived they was all wrong and I don’t have time to send them back so I will have to go elsewhere not happy at all”

“Online rder not delivered by due date, tried to contact customer service, told local branch was delivering. 8, yes eight, attempts to phone them just got the national contact line. useless. After much grief, eventually got in contact . The automated phone system is rubbish & does not allow to contact local branch. Customer service were hopeless. Seems the delivery drivers have same problem contacting branch so use personal mobiles to colleagues. The automated phone system is TOTALLY USELESS - human contact helps both sides to resolve questions of all kinds. GO BACK TO THE HUMAN SYSTEM AND DITCH THE AUTO SYSTEM.”

“Ordered parts Sunday, told delivery by Thursday. Had to call on Saturday as no parts had arrived. I have given three stars instead of one for the response I received which was five star, so the average 3. The guy on the phone emailed the branch and said he would contact me back which he did. He also told me the store dealing with my order so I called them directly. After speaking to a helpful guy on the phone the parts were sent out within two hours and now the car is fixed. They did apologise for the mistake and then rectified it quickly so that is all I could ask after the initial delay. Peace and spacecakes.”

“Received an email confirming that the item was ready to collect! When I arrived I paid for the item on my card! Was then informed the item was out of stock I received a refund but the money was not credited to my card for 4 days! Extremely poor service! Shall not be using you again!👎👎👎”

“I ordered a generic inline filter for windscreen washer hose. When I went to collect it I was offered something quite different - a hose joining piece. I was refunded eventually but the whole exercise was a waste of time.”
