“At the time of writing i am still awaiting delivery of the parts which according to the website were available for express delivery. Then were available for 3-4 day delivery wheb checking out, but sm still waitimg.roughly 10days later. Only when i chased was i told it would take another 3-4 days to deliver. Good job its not super urgent!”

“Though you are very competitive on price and supply my only suggestion is at the Sutton branch having just one person taking and fulfilling orders leaves many of us elder customers standing around. This is no always but the other day I had to wait for customers in front to have parts located and discussions that took place were of very basic things which most of us do ourselves on the internet. On this occasion I waited about 20 minutes to get served with batteries that were hanging on the wall behind the counter.”

“Needed a new battery, could manage without the car for two days. Ordered and selsected next day delivery, got a phone call 20 min later from euro car parts am I going to be in to accept a delivery today. Battery arrived two hours after it was ordered on line. Price was great as well.”

“Great price on a new battery. Sadly it had the wrong fitting for my Antara, despite showing on a numberplate search as suitable which meant I couldn't get the leads on to the posts. Fortunately an AA guy sorted it in minutes and all is now good.”
