“Zero enthusiasm from staff not a single smile customer service skills gone out the window, staff bought out the wrong items to begin with then got a attitude when i told her then her attitude got worse after i told her that one of the items quantity is 2. Been a customer at euro car parts for over 10 years and this is by far the worst branch i have ever visited. Noticed 3 members of staff talking to customers rudely and had no enthusiasm whatsoever i understand you may not like this job but atleast put in some effort.”

“Unfortunately, Euro Car Parts have become increasingly uncompetitive. They frequently don’t stock parts that I would expect them to have. When they do have what is needed and the price is competitive, I’m happy to them.”

“Very poor. Part not there when I arrived for Click and Collect. Very offhand. Complaints procedure weak - kept answering different questions to the ones I asked. Gave me a voucher, eventually, which didn't even cover my petrol costs. Avoid.”
