The staff at Peterborough branch are great, their supervisor or manager is not. Sometimes the shop is full and only one guy on, the alleged supervisor or manager needs to help out or train more staff up on the tills.

There was only 2 people on and a long qeues was not happy. The person that served me did not have a smile and did not apologise for the long wait i had.

I was happy with the options and price. But... the delivery.... the courier demanded a cash payment from my mother in the porch. My mother is elderly and disabled. She knew I must have paid online. She looked at the invoice the courier had given her and saw it said paid in full online, and pointed this out to him. Your couriers should not be trying to get money out of vulnerable people on their doorsteps!

I was on a 'click & collect' but I still had to wait for approx 15 mins to be served. There was only one member of staff on the tills

They were pretty good in terms of price and availability but the service time was really poor. There was just one guy on the counter, doing the best he could, but the queue was about 8 or 9 deep when i arrived, and in the 20 minutes it took the queue was then well out of the door and into the car park. The same guy on the counter then seemed to be picking the orders as well - which given that a lot of the people in the queue were collecting web orders, you would have thought they'd already have been picked.

After ordering a Abs sensor it arrived in a box that had obviously been damaged with grease marks etc It wasn't the fault of the courier as the outside packaging was fine inside was a returns note but hadn't been treated well at all These parts are very sensitive and after contacting euro parts they did try to resolve the issue by sending a new one to a branch in Durham which unfortunately is 25 miles from my home so 50 miles round trip When I arrived the supposed new sensor package was not much better So I now have to take the car to my local garage tomorrow knowing if they fit the part and it is damaged I will be still charged I have dealt with euro parts for many years now and not had a problem but on this occasion I feel I have not been treated fairly No mention of any compensation as way of vouchers or anything thing else This transaction has left me well out of pocket and left wondering if I have to pay my garage for something that might not be cured The answer would be to send me a brand new unused sensor which I and my garage have faith in The only problem is my car is booked in for tomorrow and I can't change that I await your reply

Put my car registration into the wiper blade selector.. turns out not all offered fit with some having incorrect fittings . Ive bought three and one fits!!! Don’t trust the wiper selector..

Customer service assistant was neglected other Customers who were waiting for more than 10 mins while serving another for refund. I can see the manager himself lean on a comfortable chair and using a mobile phone and didn't bother to come and serve us. This kind of service not expected from Euro car parts ever. Need new steps to avoid this problem

I have ordered a part online plus postage. No postal update, local store bounced me support who then bounced me to customer service who assure delivery which I have not seen. Order was 18 th Jan. It 29 th Jan and nadda

Click and collect needs reviewing. I click i got to collect a day later and my order is not waiting for me. Staff go in the warehouse to get it. 10min later brings the wrong parts out! 10 mins later returns with the right parts. THIS HAPPENS NEARLY EVERY TIME I SHOP WITH YOU WHICH I TRY TO AVOID DUE TO THIS

Product not in when I went to collect. Sent several reminders to collect my item during the next few days... turned up to be told again that it wasn't in and to come back tomorrow

Ok, im not sure if this problem is with Euro Car Parts or their delivery company EVRI, but i ordered 4 items 1 was incorrect from the description on the web site and did not fit my car and had to be returned and 1 item has still not been delivered? I think some serious questions need to be had of your delivery company EVRI. BUT... I have to say Maria who has been trying to resolve the situation has been very good, this needs to be recognised!!

Frustrating visit, bought a windscreen arm release tool but it was too poorly made, the tool deformed without releasing the wiper, thankfully a neighbour saw my struggles and offered me their much better quality alternative.

When you order parts you’d expect new parts, not returned parts from some 1 who has had them before you, 1 (clean brake disk) and 1 slightly rusty 1…..next time discount the price

Ordered & paid for parts on a Tuesday , didn’t receive them until the Friday , that’s after contacting them a further two times to check whereabouts of order, the items were showing as in stock & the depot is only 20 mins from where I work which is why I went with them in the first place , wasn’t very happy at the time as I’d had to remove the car from a ramp to make way for another for what should have been a quick task.

Wrong part again. Every time I buy from them I have to go back to get the correct part. As there website shows it fits your car but it doesn’t.

gave a two because i had to make two journeys to get my order i was told to go back next day as he couldnt serve me which was was maddeniing cos i dont live round the corner my order was paid for online why couldnt he give me it .it was on the shelf im still mad about this app some kind of dispute going on
