Conmen , scam site , you will pay less for a very bad service and only get a head ache , pay the extra money and go with professional companys , eurosender write their own positive reviews and reply to negative ones saying they will resolve , they stole my money and refuse to repay saying it's the courier companys problem , do not waste your hard earned cash with these gypsys

Worst service ever! I will just copy/paste from another reviewer because same things happening to me right now. After ordering, they send DPD to pick up my parcel, but DPD never show up. Playing cats and mouse with customers. I'm waiting 2 weeks! Yes two weeks?! Absolutely ridiculous. They send numerous parcel tracking numbers but still nothing. Copy/Paste (same experience for me) --- It's so wonderful to order a shipping, getting all of the confirmation emails and so on, waiting from 9am till 6pm AT HOME for the bagage to be picked up and.. And nothing. The package doesn't get picked up because no one comes. And of course, Eurosender can't be reached by now to fix the situation because, oh well, after 6pm it's closed. Thanks a lot for nothing. Hope i'll at least get my money back since I'm never getting back all these hours i spent waiting on the pick up truck of your "courrier delivering partner". --- They didn't even offer my money back. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Oh yeah this is not first time. Be aware of this company. Totally untrustworthy!

I used the service of Eurosender 3 times and my package had never been picked up on time. This time it's already 10 days after the pick up date and I'm still waiting for the package to be picked up. Definitely not recommending this company!!

This company is nothing but a scam. I ordered and paid for the service only to be left waiting at home for DAYS for them to come and pick up my package, which they never did. I called them hundred of times and was completely ignored. In the end, I had to pay so much for extra luggage on my flight and they only messaged me to tell me they can't refund me. I honestly don't know how a company like that wasn't legally prosecuted yet for scammers they are. STAY AWAY FROM EUROSENDER.

I was waiting at home for 2 days, since they first promised me my suitcase will be picked up yesterday and then they postponed it to today - nobody came and I am not even able to get a refund. Now I have no other option to take the luggage on the plain.

8 days after the collection date they still haven't collected the package, all my emails and chat messages have been ignored. I thought I had found a great service, so disappointed. my advice: STAY WELL CLEAR OF EUROSENDER

The worst service I’ve experienced. After FIVE MONTHS of emails and mixed messages about where they thought my parcel was, I never received my parcel. The email which announced this conclusion, said that if they were to support me in getting compensation, I would need to respond to them within TWO WORKING days.

I HAVE STAYED IN TWO DAYS FROM 9-6 FOR MY PARCEL TO BE COLLECTED, NO JOY. THEY WANT TO REBOOK FOR A FURTHER DAY, TOLD THEM NOT TO BOTHER. LOOKED LIKED I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BIG TIME, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, MAKING AN EXCUSE THAT MY MOBILE IS NOT A LOCAL NUMBER, WEBSITE LETS YOU PUT A UK NUMBER IN? I HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND BUT DONT THINK I WILL SEE IT.

It's just a fraud. It was a big mistake to contact this "service", I had to check reviews before... Shortly: they advertise services which they can't actually provide, just take money, and when you try to solve the problem they start to communicate in extremely rude manner. We saw they advertise sending of musical instruments, so ordered to move our e-piano, with all dimensions, specifications etc. After paying, there was a strange call from a local representative, who had with no idea when and what they should pick up. Ok, we negotiated this... Then, the guy comes and... without any word just turns around and leaves. When we tried to stop him, he says that it's not packed like they need. The thing, that if they advertise to move musical instruments, including pianos, they should know that it's only might be packed when comes from the factory the the shop, then assembled and any further movings are made just with security belts, because it's too big. We moved it few times before without any problem. Then when we asked to explain the situation, they asked to send a photo of it because apparently they never saw a piano in their life. Then there was another, very rude, call from a woman, who couldn't speak any normal language, just screaming and claiming that we should find some (wooden???) package for them, which doesn't exist in the world. After that they don't want to return the money and insurance, because they claimed that guy already came one time. Just loss of time and money... Also, after payment, you receive no contract, or invoice, just emails from different persons each time.

I contracted them hoping that they will make the moving experience easier. On the contrary, while they were very eager to help me place the order, afterwards it was a complete nightmare. Even though I had chosen home delivery, because of the partners they work with, I had to personally pick up my things and one of them was completely destroyed. It was a total chaos, had to call like 3 different local couriers because there is no communication between them. They do not take responsibility for anything and worse, they do not even care, you still need to sort out everything, their customer support is really bad. I have never seen a company as unprofessional as Eurosender. I would definitely not use them again, it's easier to book directly with the local couriers.

DO NOT BOOK/BUY EUROSENDER SERVICES!!! BE AWARE, THEY BREAK YOUR GOODS AND DO NOTHING ABOUT IT! They BROKED my suitcase in delivery, being left at my house with a missing wheel and now they don't want to do anything about it! It's extremely abusive from Eurosender to not let their clients know that the standard insurance that comes with the order DO NOT COVER protection if sending goods in a suitcase, that it would be better to send it all in card boxes. At no moment this was mentioned to me! It is not reasonable and, even more important, not fair, to have my suitcase now useless and Eurosender do nothing about it. I've also paid extra insurance to cover unpredicted situations and they did not even activate it. This is unacceptable, worst company ever!!!! Order number 605486-19

So far the worst shipping experience I ever had. Their couriers simply don't show up to collect OR to deliver, saying that the information they were given was incomplete (it wasn't) and refusing to call the contact numbers that were given to them. So far it's taking me over a month to have a national delivery carried out, I keep having to call their customer service and everyone is clueless about what is happening or why. What an absolute nightmare. I regret not reading the reviews before shipping with them. Seriously, do NOT use this company. They are the worst.

A horrible “Kafkan-experience” company After living in Portugal for a period, I’m moving back to Denmark, and decided that shipping home some of my belongings would be a good solution. I found Eurosender online, who promised a smooth and easy process. At this point Iv’ve spent around 11 hours trying to get my belongings home. Unsuccessfully. And the company owes me 44€. Pick up attempt 1: The package is not picked up. I still receive and email quoting the tracking number, and stating the package is picked up. I don’t hear anything about the failed pick-up, neither from Eurosender nor GLS (Eurosender’s partner) I call Eurosender and tell them that the package is not picked up. Eurosender orders a new pick up time. Pick up attempt 2: At this point, I am no longer in Portugal, and I I have to ask a friend to stay home from work for an entire day, as the time slot for pick-up is from 9-16. They give me a phone number for GLS, and ask me to call them, and make sure the delivery happens. The phone number does not work from abroad. I ask my friend in Portugal to call the phone number. She spends 30 minutes on hold, no-one is picking up the phone. I receive an email stating that the package is picked up, along with a tracking number. This is false. The package hasn’t been picked up yet. At this point I’ve spent around 5 hours, trying to fix the problem. I call Eurosender, and they tell me they will book a third pick up. I explain them, that their procedure doesn’t seem to be working, as the two previous attempts hasn’t worked. I ask them to fix the problem, and organise a specific pick up time with my friend in the third attempt, as my friend cannot miss another full day at work. I ask them to email me, when the situation is fixed. The person in the phone agrees on this. I receive an automated email with the nem date of the pick up. I write an email to Eurosender, and ask if they have been able to solve the problem, because I haven’t heard back from them. Eurosender tells me, that they wrote GLS an email, asking them to pick up the package. They did not organise a specific time slot for the pick up. I tell them that this was not what we agreed on, and that I would like my money back, so I can get my belongings shipped back to Denmark in another way. I receive an reply from Eurosender, stating that according to their terms and conditions, that after an order is placed, a “refund” is not possible: “After an order is placed, Eurosender is authorized to order transportation services with one of the partner courier companies. The customer expressly agrees to waive the right to cancel the Agreement with Eurosender once the order details are submitted to the selected courier services provider and confirmed for the chosen pick-up date.” At this point I’ve spent around 11 hours trying to the problem - which is really not mine, but Eurosender’s problem. I’m extremely frustrated with the missing service, not having my things, the incapability and ignorance of Eurosender. A cannot believe that a company in 2019 handles their customers in this way - “stealing” money from people.

the worst company I have ever met. They are simply amateurs. we arranged 4 times to come and pick up my stuff and no one appeared!!! I haven't seen something like that before. At least after numerous mails I managed to take my money back and not all of them. Do not even think to deal with this company. Totally waste of time and energy.
