“I was very nervous about this whole project of converting my 60-year-old slides to a more updated media. I knew the slides would start fading and wouldn’t last much longer. After doing some research and reading good reviews about the company, I chose EverPresent.
The process went smoothly from inception. They called when they said they would; I was sent emails promptly; they communicated with me every step of the way. I especially appreciated that they had a drop-off place within an hour of my home that I could leave my precious slides for pick-up. And yes, they notified me when they picked them up.
I received my thumb drives within a 6-week timeframe, which I felt was very reasonable as I had about 300 slides, and was the time they claimed they would complete the assignment. Even when they alerted me that a percentage of my slides could use some enhancement if I chose to go that route, and I did, I felt this timeframe was outstanding.
And the results were stellar. I am so very happy with the pictures/memories from childhood that I can easily bring up on my computer and are stored on my thumb drive. I had several thumb drives made to send to my siblings – I know they will be as delighted as I am.
