“This was my second job done by Everpresent. They did a wonderful job transferring 73 picture cd's to a flash drive. Dropped off in one state and picked up 5 states away with no problems whatsoever. Your valubles are safe with them. Recomend highly”
“I was pleased with the communication and service through out. I liked the finished product and that my items were not being mailed as mail seems less reliable. I was disappointed that I discussed that the item I was trasferring was my wedding video (which was under 1 hour) but the tape was longer and happened to have old TV shows and sports that were taped over. I paid extra to trasnfer all that undesired content, when a communication asking if it was wanted would have helped. Overall service was timely and good. I would use them again .”
“My husband and I decided to move out of the house we raised our family in. In order to pare down before the move, I had about 40 picture albums that I needed to go through to keep important pictures of our families. After the job was completed, I presented Everpresent with about 70 pictures to be put on a computer disc for me and my 3 children.

“quality of work was fine. Tming was a little slow but they kept to their agreed schedule. Pricing was initially a negotiation, and once the sales people agreed on a price the production people sought to modify it. In the end they honored their initial agreement, though, and did the work for the original agreed-upon price. Points for sticking with your word!”

“Sean Morrow who was my project manager was with me every step of the process. He answered all questions to 100% of my satisfaction. I especially liked that I was notified after each step of the process and that my tapes/films were picked up and delivered by EverPresent’s truck and I didn’t have to use the Post Office.”
“I was really disappointed in the results of the films I sent in. 1. They were dirty. A lot of dust, mildew, or whatever, showed up throughout the film. 2. There was so much flicker in a couple of them, that they are hard to watch. One film the frame wasn't centered properly, and 3/4 of the frame contained 1/4 of the next frame. Not very impressed with the results.”
