You had my email and phone to contact me at the very least about the bride's name. I was in contact a few times regarding my order with no mention of what the label should read. Poor attention to detail.”

“Great experience Old 8 mm tapes with unknown footage ended up being great footage from 55 years ago of family I would have never got to see. Gave footage to my dad on Father’s Day 85 years old that made him so proud unbelievable happy. EverPresent keep me updated and on price agreed.”

I was disappointed that I was charged extra to digitize the entire 6 hr tape (which had old reruns on it and I did not realize). We're grateful for your feedback, and have taken the time to review the footage you mentioned. You're correct: the video appears to have been shot in a very dark room, with limited lighting, resulting in a darkened video file. This is not something we would have been able to observe prior to digitizing. That said, we still feel like all memories are worth preserving, and we would consider this type of darkness to be a minor quality issue in a 30-year-old video tape.
