“Brought several autio tape reels of me playing piano and organ in 1965. The customer service at delivery (and again at pickup three weeks later) was exceptional. Everything was explained including options for the final digital product and website option. The pricing was reasonable. I told them I didn't know what, if anything, was on the reels, and they assured me there would be no charge if they were blank. The final files were very good given how old the tapes were. I received several followup emails that were helpful.”

“The digital images of my scrapbook pages were great and they handled the book well. The 3D embellishments were captured (although flat looking in the image). My two issue were: 1) the cost of shipping makes future digitization out of the question at $45 an album. 2) I specifically said to not scan the individual pictures that were in several pockets. They did this -costing me $15, but also making me question if specific instructions would be followed. Why have a pre-project meeting if they don’t actually pass the info on.”
