“The drop off of my slides was convenient at one of Everpresent's satellites. Communication from representatives kept me informed of the process. I was not aware that I would have to download Tango to receive my pictures. Being technologically challenged I wish I had know this prior to selecting having my pictures sent to me. I had to select receiving my pictures on a thumb drive which caused a delay and additional expense. When I finally received my pictures, they were great. I had not shared these photos with my brother for 50 years and was able to do so. I have another project that is from 1968 which will be coming your way in the future. Thank you for allowing me to share the memories!”

On another note, I was charged for a cleaning process and had not been notified of the additional expense. I brought this up when I saw the final payment and EverPresent split the additional cost with me, which I appreciated.
In summary, I had very good dealings with the EverPresent people, communication was very good. My films were processed in a reasonable time, the mp4 files were labeled as I requested and everything I sent was returned to me. All in all a very satisfying experience with EverPresent, and I would recommend you to anyone who wants to use the services you provide.”
