Professional service, good quality. A tad pricey for me.

Working with the staff at Everpresent was very pleasant. All are very professional. The quality of each photo is excellent, even though some were quite old, and were improved by the work at Everpresent. My photos were a chronology of my children's lives from when their Dad and I met to their weddings and children. The order of the photos is VERY important for it to make sense. During my phone call with Everpresent, I made this VERY CLEAR. The photos were numbered in RED ink to make this chronology clear. When the thumb drives arrived, the photos were not even close to being in order. Whoever did the actual work did not pay attention to the order. I was disappointed and surprised because I had been clear about the importance of order . I called you, and Eileen (?) said she would speak to the person who filled my order and call me back. I have received no call. I do realize that it is the holidays, and certain employees could be on vacation. I I am looking forward to receiving 3 new thumb drives WITH the photos in order. If you need the original photos back with the correct numbering, I am happy to re send them. Ann Hajicek. 847 567 1199 haji1313@icloud.com

i had old 35MM slides digitized and the job was done well considering the age of the slides. I was disappointed because I have a dozen or so unlabled VHS tapes and wanted tp preview them before having them digitized and you offered no such service. Still waiting to find one, the local libraries do not have them available as you said and am on the waiting list to use one. Then I will return as a customer

The positive is that I was able to finally get my VHS tapes transferred to a flash drive. The negative is that it wasn't enclosed with the tapes when it was promised, so I was told that it would be done promptly. The following week I received an email that it was ready in Northborough so we went on Friday and was told that it wasn't there. I called, was upset that I wouldn't have it for Thanksgiving, but was told it would be sent directly to my address on Wednesday. Well, that didn't happen either. I received it the day AFTER Thanksgiving, which was extremely disappointing. I chose this company based on their reviews and reputation. I received "I'm sorry" over the phone, and nothing else. I believe that I should be compensated in some way for a 3 week delay. Thank you!

Only 1 out of 3 tapes that I sent was good to watch. It would be helpful if you could contact a client if you knew the tapes would not be clear.

The digital images look very good. I'm very pleased about that. There were 199 slides and I wrote an index by hand with a description of each slide numbered from 1-199. The person that I spoke to the last time I was there said I would be able to have each image numbered 1-199 to match my index which would be very helpful. Only 2 slides have a number, the first one on volume 1 and the first one on volume 2. I am disappointed in that. It's not easy to find a description on my index without a number.

The first product -file 943443 was excellent in all respects..The second file #943252 has been somewhat of a disappointment, unfortunately. The project included twice the number of rolls of film-I wanted a smaller one to begin to evaluate the project. One thumb drive sent on the second file was quite good. . I asked for 3 thumb drives of the second file and was quite disappointed. The project was sent in 3 thumb drives. The first was fine the second had nothing to do with me nor the rolls of film I sent. In fact the second of the 3 thumb drives showed pictures of beautiful rivers, forests catherdals etc but nothing related to my project. I called several days ago and explained my situation to your associate. She found the project and said she was somewhat uncertain and was going to talk to someone and would get back. I have never received a return call. So A for product #1 and far lower grade thus far for project #2. Please have someone find out what has happened and get back to me. I have family coming in from TX and promised a surprise-the surprise looks like it will be on me. Please have someone look into my situation and get back . Thank you John Buckley 401 744 7697

Not pleased. Spent over $400. No editing whatsoever. Mislabeled. AND received someone’s DVDs. Taped commercials etc that i’m sure i paid for. One important DVD is cut off before the important part of the event. Invest in a machine and do it yourself is the best advice I can give you. Work too hard to have paid for this service

Final digitization product was good. However, the person I spoke with there quoting the job was curt, the delay was significantly longer than communicated, and the emails from Everpresent were just rude. I found the overall customer service below average, with the exception of the physical store that I dropped off/picked up from - they were helpful. Furthermore, asking for a tip for poor customer service and a delayed product was just plain stupid. I will not be using your company again.

It is a good service, but customer service didn't contact me for extra charges and I had to called them to get an update of the work.

I submitted a VHS tape from 1991 (32 years old) and requested three DVDs to be made from the tape. The people were very professional and they sent me emails with a progress report many times throughout the process. I received the three DVDs in a timely fashion. Two of them were very good while a third one was somewhat blurry and the DVD paused briefly several times throughout the tape. This was very disappointing. I do realize the tape is old and I do feel they did the best they could. But I was disappointed with the third DVD as I think this was a very expensive project. Maybe they didn't check the third DVD.

Everpresent did a fine job of converting my VHS to DVD and, also, communicating as their work progressed. However - and tempering this against such as my local library having a do-it-yourself-VHS-to-DVD-for-free - I have to reflect your charge for doing this work as notably high.

Beginning of the process went very well. Dropped off my slides/videos and got an email that the project was going through quality control and was moving right along, a few weeks later. Then nothing for three months. Everpresent did provide a few videos and some slides right before the holidays after a few emails from me. Then took another three months until we got the project. Quality was great, but given the price, thought we would have gotten a clearer sense of where we stood. Didnt really make good on the promise of the site and service.

You just transfer, you don’t clear it up. The price I paid was in poor condition.

Communication was very good. End product was not what I hoped. It appeared that no effort was made to improve the quality of any of the footage. Even footage that was not even viewable was included in the end result and paid for.

Hi Cindy, Thanks for your feedback and we are glad that you enjoyed your customer service experience with EverPresent. We do pride ourselves on high quality transfers and the end result is only as good as the original material. Many of these products that we see deteriorate with age and we do offer Quality Letters included with all projects to explain these common imperfections. We will also have a member of Client Services Team reach to see if there is anything additional we can do for you! Best, EverPresent Support Team

I really liked the ease of dropping off/picking up my stuff at a local retailer. I also really liked the detailed emails I received about the progress of my project. What I did NOT really like was a solicitation for a tip for the customer service rep who was in charge of. my project. I was given a cost for my project, which I assumed included the salary/hourly wage of Everpresent's employees. If you think your employees deserve more $$, pay them more & have your pricing reflect that. I felt the request was a scam to get me to pay more for your service than I contracted for. If not for that I would have given Everpresent 5 stars.

The actual transfer service was great. However, communication needs to improve. CSTs were very friendly but clueless. It took me leaving 4-5 voicemails to get a call-back initially for my project. After that, I had a few email threads going and it was back and fourth that went nowhere. Very confusing about some sort of contract which I never was even given. Later found out that I could just drop everything off in person. Not sure why none of these people told me that. To make matters worse, once I did finally drop the project off, I started getting hammered with calls from Everpresent. I'd say at least 4 per week. Most of the time is was a confused CST who didn't even know I had a project going on already. A few times it was a useless update that no one needs. I really don't need to know "we loaded it onto the truck" etc etc. These updates kept coming. And now your hammering me with review requests. It's like your trying at communication but failing miserably. I got the impression that I was talking to people in a call center and maybe there's the problem.

Expensive but happy with most of the scans. Find the request for a tip to be outrageous. Everyone I have dealt with has been very nice and helpful.

The people everpresent very nice to talk to. The turnaround time is all so much faster than I had expected for multiple items, which was good. The downfall is I had videos converted to USB in the USB is so loose that I can barely stay in my computer to view the videos.
