“It was my pleasure to work with the folks at EVERPRESENT. They were able to work with some very old film and VHS videos and provide the requested USB flash drives that I can pass along to my children. Some very fond memories were able to be captured and saved for the next generation. They made it very easy to drop off and pick up the finished product locally. Thank you!!”

“I have a precious LP record that belonged to my mother, and it was unavailable in CD format. I was so fortunately to find Everpresent! They transcribed the LP into CD format - I requested several copies for good measure - and now I can listen to this beautiful music that brings back so many memories of my beloved mother. “EverPresent seamlessly revived some old family memories we didn't even know were captured. I sent in 4 old unlabeled Video8 tapes and EverPresent clearly communicated every step of the process so I was always informed about what was happening with my tapes. Seeing those digital files come in was so exciting and emotional. Generally, I have felt very skeptical of companies that digitize old media, but EverPresent didn't upsell me or make my media hard to access. It was an incredibly easy process and I'm so glad I sent the tapes in. Thank you!”

“I am the owner of a digitizing service in Wilmington, NC and we do many of the same things that Everpresent does but there are a few conversions that we are not equipped to handle. Choosing another company to send my clients to was a big decision but after my first experience with Everpresent I was convinced I could trust their professionalism and quality of work. I have sourced out several jobs with them since and have been very happy with the results.”

“This company was wonderful to work with from A to Z. They excel with communication and speed. They will answer all your questions. and will preview your materials before you decide what you’d like to do with your memories. Once your order goes into production, they regularly communicate what is happening. Additionally, they completed the project ahead of schedule. Great company to work with!!”

“I really appreciate the way my request was handled. Not only was I able to see some of the images from my mom when she was young but also hearing a sound from when my dad considered himself a music writer. To capture such memories before age and time would have destroyed them, I am glad what was saved we are able to hold onto those cherished memories.”

“Very good communication during the digitizing process--I always knew what stage my project was in. The quality of the scans were good and I am happy with them. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to easily rename and download my photos. I didn't use the app, so can't comment on that. A bit pricey, and there are a lot of "add-on" services that you can get, for a price, which I had to decline because I was already spending more than I wanted to. But they don't really do the hard-sell on the add-ons (I felt my decision to turn them down was respected.). I have a lot more photos that I need to get scanned but I think I need to shop around and try to find something more affordable for me. The only other negative is that they forgot to apply a discount that I had asked for, so I had to press a little to get that refunded, but they came through and gave it to me. It was a little less than I expected, but was at least something. If money wasn't an issue, I would definitely use their service again.”
