I am happy with the quality of the mp4 conversion. These are old films (some more than 60 years) and I am amazed that you were able to digitize them. I and my siblings are thrilled to see our young selves, parents and extended family. Thank you for that.
On another note, I was charged for a cleaning process and had not been notified of the additional expense. I brought this up when I saw the final payment and EverPresent split the additional cost with me, which I appreciated.
In summary, I had very good dealings with the EverPresent people, communication was very good. My films were processed in a reasonable time, the mp4 files were labeled as I requested and everything I sent was returned to me. All in all a very satisfying experience with EverPresent, and I would recommend you to anyone who wants to use the services you provide.”
