“The digital images of my scrapbook pages were great and they handled the book well. The 3D embellishments were captured (although flat looking in the image). My two issue were: 1) the cost of shipping makes future digitization out of the question at $45 an album. 2) I specifically said to not scan the individual pictures that were in several pockets. They did this -costing me $15, but also making me question if specific instructions would be followed. Why have a pre-project meeting if they don’t actually pass the info on.”

“They charged me substantially more than they quoted, their app is terrible, and tech support is difficult to reach. They don't tell you up-front that the app subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. I will not recommend them to anyone.”

My project involved trnsferring a VHS 8 track video file to an mp4 video file. Delivery was ahead of date promised. All in all, it was a good experience and I would definitely use EverPresent again and recommend them. My next project may involve tranferring 35mm slides to jpegs.”

It felt really scary to just hand over these precious memories to anyone so I’m really glad we found Everpresent. They gave me peace of mind every step of the way. The cost was reasonable for what they do, and I really appreciated the great service. I may have been able to get it done quicker and cheaper from other services, but I didn’t have the same confidence that they would be handled properly. So grateful that we now have these memories to cherish. They have the experience and the professionalism that I needed to move forward on that project. I subtracted one star because after the project was completed and we were waiting for the package, I sent them multiple emails checking on the address because I was concerned that they were going to send the videos to the wrong address and no one ever got back to me. They were really great staying in touch with me until I paid, but it wasn’t the end of the world and I didn’t worry about it. The CDs and USB drives went to the wrong address. We had a unique situation and I doubt other customers would experience that issue. I’m hoping they had a reasonable excuse for not responding to my emails. Overall, I’m extremely happy and would highly recommend them.”
