When I viewed the digitized slides, I immediately saw that they were not as sharp as my slides were. Before I brought the slides to you, I viewed each to ensure they were satisfactory. “The copies of my over-size photos are excellent. I'm very happy with the results. My only complaint is that the sompany seems a bit disorganized. They kept mixing up my order with other customers and it took a bit of time to get it all corrected. Also, I had specifically requested that the backs of the photos not be copied, but they did that anyway. Not sure if they charged me for that or not.”
“I had old 3/4" u-matic tapes, some of which may have had age issues. Everpresent was able to transfer them to an mp4 format and I was able to download the files without a problem from their site. They did what they said they would be able to do.”
“My only complaint focusses on the diminiative thumb drives and equally tiny hub to connect with a lanyard. Aged arthritic hands have difficulty handling them. That is the reason I give 4 stars.

“The drop off of my slides was convenient at one of Everpresent's satellites. Communication from representatives kept me informed of the process. I was not aware that I would have to download Tango to receive my pictures. Being technologically challenged I wish I had know this prior to selecting having my pictures sent to me. I had to select receiving my pictures on a thumb drive which caused a delay and additional expense. When I finally received my pictures, they were great. I had not shared these photos with my brother for 50 years and was able to do so. I have another project that is from 1968 which will be coming your way in the future. Thank you for allowing me to share the memories!”

On another note, I was charged for a cleaning process and had not been notified of the additional expense. I brought this up when I saw the final payment and EverPresent split the additional cost with me, which I appreciated.
In summary, I had very good dealings with the EverPresent people, communication was very good. My films were processed in a reasonable time, the mp4 files were labeled as I requested and everything I sent was returned to me. All in all a very satisfying experience with EverPresent, and I would recommend you to anyone who wants to use the services you provide.”
