“I had some very old slides (more than 60 years old) that I wanted digitized. These were the only photos I had of some relatives. I was pleased with the timeliness, convenience and quality of Everpresent in bringing these slides into a format I can share with family.”

“I was so pleased with the process and the final product. I had a 20 year old 8mm cassette with video of my daughter as a baby. There was some degrading of the film over time, but EverPresent was able to salvage and digitize most of the videos. What a treat to see them again. Great customer service all the way through the process.”

“I can't say enough about my experience with Everpresent! I've been telling everyone I know that they should use this service. To be honest, I was raving about Everpresent even before I received the flashdrive containing all of my videos. Turning over precious DVD's and VHS tapes containing my childhood home movies and my children's important life cycle events was not easy, but I had confidence in Everpresent from the first conversation I had with a representative. Being able to drop my items at a local store in NY City eliminated any concern about losing them in the mail. And, I received constant communication from Everpresent throughout the process. The flashdrive and my original items were back at my local drop store very quickly and I have been able to share wonderful memeories (that I had no way to view or share before) with family members around the country. I'm so happy I was asked to give feedback since I have nothing but compliments regarding the entire process.”

“I asked for black and white prints and a cd. 400.00 dollars and I got nothing but online photos that I had to download to my computer. Something is'nt right. I decided not to have anything more to do with this company.”

“Excellent work, excellent customer service. The work: While expensive, they are so much better than the "competition", that I found it worth it. I sent work to a well-rated competitor and found it unusable. Sent same to EverPresent and was pleased. Customer service: the best I have ever encountered regardless of the industry. The gold standard. Whatever my question, someone got back to me quickly. The rep's were, courteous, knowledgable and patient. And every one I spoke with was either a native speaker or was very understandable. (I am hearing impaired.)”

“Fabulous transfer of a piano performance my mother gave in 975 that my father had taped on a reel to reel ! Wasn’t sure if the recoding could even be retrieved. The quality was much better than expected and they managed to have the project completed before my Mother’s 91st birthday (recorded when she was 41) which was just under 4 wks. Great communication from this company on the progress of the project and what to expect. Easy drop off and pick up. Highly satisfied and would highly recommend”

“Part of my order was Sony handycam tapes. They incorrectly converted - dead give away is no sound with picture running too fast. Rather than fix the issue, they would only redo the conversion if I agreed to PAY THEM if they did it incorrectly again - it would be "free" only if they managed to trip over the correct conversion which I thought was unlikely. They say it's "digital corruption" which is amazing that it recreates exactly what happens when you run the tape at the incorrect speed. "Consultants" you talk to barely know technical details yet proport to be experts. Extremely disappointing given they are so expensive! I had used them in the past on different formats and they were okay but this is certainly the last time. Going to use the offshored companies instead of local - although I picked them so I would not have to ship original media.”

“Everpresent delivered on the project and the finished product was fine. Throughout the process though, there was a lack of transparency from the representatives, and pricing seemed to change anytime I would talk to someone. A lack of communication occurred and I had to make multiple calls to receive invoices for my records. For the price and hassle of the process, I will purchase a scanner at home.”

“I provided EverPresent with old 8MM film ranging from 1958 to the mid-seventies. From my first interaction with EverPresent the representatives were professional, polite and explained the process precisely. They provide an estimated quote for pricing and processing time. The final price was lower than the original quote and they completed digitizing the film to downloadable files within a couple weeks (much sooner than estimated time). They keep you informed as the processed progressed. Their website is intuitive and very user friendly. The quality report you receive is informative. From start to finish it was evident that this company is exceptionally well managed. I give EverPresent the highest ratings for its people process and website. I would highly recommend EverPresent to anyone that I know that would require their services. Thank you so much for preserving that film for my present and future family members to enjoy and cherish for years to come.”
