“I could never download the video from the flash grove. Took it to The Geek Squad and two other people. They claim there was no video on the flash’ drive. A total waste of money”

“To be honest I am very disappointed with my movie.First of all it was alot more money then originally quoted.I was refunded about $70 after I complained.Caris was very nice on the phone and extended the date I could share the video online by a month.I am giving the video to my 2 children for Christmas.They are the ones who could help me to view the video on my TV and cant do that now.I called on a neighbor to help and it took hours.I had to buy an adapter for my Mac , but it didnt work. I assumed the movie would be continuous from reel to reel,, but it wasnt.My neighbor had to transfer it to her computer and made it progress on another USB.The film is very dark,I also assumed you would have lighten it.Also for over$600 I thought it might be put to music , that might happen thru my neighbor. I should have just asked someone more teck savy then me to do this for me..I am usually not a complainer, but Im very dissappointed .”

No one had ever seen the video I discovered at my late cousin’s home. It’s been 2 years since it was given to me to try and get it digitized in order to view. I patiently awaited its completion. “I picked out a few videos and one old super 8 film of my family. I dropped the package off at South Shore Plaza and EverPresent contacted me within a couple of days with a price. My grand children had never seen their grandfather on his television program on HGTV. We only had VHS tapes. They were reproduced on a digital format and my grandkids were able to enjoy the great tv show. “We had a 45 to 50 year-old video-tape of media interviews done with my wife's father early in his career and, due to the unusual U-Matic format they were stored on, had no way to play it back. After inquiring with several digital transfer services without success, we found Everpresent and were told that they could work with that format.
Communication with Everpresent was clear and timely right from the start and the final outcome was excellent. My father-in-law was thrilled to see and hear this content after all this time and his family and friends were all impressed that we were able to recover this material from a tape that had sat unplayed for close to half a century.

“Had, issues with girl on phone, pushing me to do things over phone when she called. I said I will do it online, but had to tell her more than once. My fault tape had master written on it, emailed before project was done in very beginning and was told that is what will be written on it. Took final payment out and no one ever told me was done until I followed up 3 weeks later . First project was amazing, 2nd will make me not come back”
