“After sending my film to this company,I was quoted $400 for my job. I approved and a few days later they called saying they had made a mistake and it was now $4000. Enough said.”

Hi Terry, Thank you for submitting your feedback. We take concerns like these very seriously, and to that end, we have explored the details of your project to see how we could have served you better. While investigating, we noticed the following: 1. Your project was indeed misestimated. Thankfully, we have a process wherein if such an error is discovered, we halt production, and contact you, the client, for re-evaluation and approval before going any further. 2. At your instruction, we proceeded with the entire project, and provided additional image enhancement at no additional cost, as a courtesy. 3. Our records indicate that your project total amounted to just under $2,000. While it is clear that an error was made in the initial estimation of your project, we took the appropriate measures to ensure that you were as informed and as in control as possible. I'm sorry you felt that this was still a negative experience. It's always our hope that the preservation of memories is a happy occasion, and we would of course appreciate the opportunity to assist you again. Many thanks, The EverPresent Team

“Very good service overall, and everything was explained clearly. I'm giving this four stars out of five, since I think there were parts of the videos I submitted that could have been cleaned up a little bit more, and apparently there was no audio on any of them, but tthe way it was explained didn't seem that clear, just a vague definition guide if there was audio hypothetically.”

“They made it very easy to get my family videos on usb. They kept me updated on every aspect of the process which I appreciated. I wish I had checked a couple of tapes because they were movies and I wouldn’t have them done if I had known. My fault. They did a wonderful job and I’m very happy that all of my adult children have precious memories to keep”

“The reels of movies my parents took are priceless and I had EverPresent develop them and they are wonderful. Here it is 2024 and I can now watch these movies from the 1950s. I highly recommend this company. Everything was done so well and everyone was so nice and explained so well. The time span was so much quicker than I thought!”

“EverPresent had transferred many of my old VHS tapes and 8 mm reels with care and they have turned them into DVDs and digital files of great quality!! I now enjoy them with friends and family! They are in constant communication during the whole process. I highly recommend EverPresent!!”

“We had an old Beta tape from an important trip we took in 1997. We couldn't play it on anything, and it sat on the bedside table for two years. Everpresent converted it and put it on a thumb drive we can download and share. It preserves great memories that were otherwise lost. Also, the service was great and the staff attentive. Thank you.”
