“When I spoke to Paul before my 5 tapes were converted to DVDs he said it was no problem to make one tape into 2. Picked up order it wasn't done. I reached out and he said that would cost an extra 150.00. Never mentioned when we had spoken. They should have fixed this for us. They had no intention of fixing. Keep your customers happy! Will not refer EverPresent to anyone. Very disapponted”

“I found the finished product difficult to use. There were far too many steps to see the pictures and share them. We did our own work around by giving out my email and password to access the files. I also had a friend put the pictures in a pdf file which made them easier to share.I thought a simple pdf file was what I was going to receive.”
