The web app is easy to use and I was able to download the digital content. The price and options were discussed up front (transparency). The customer service team were professional and responsive to questions. Everpresent also did an audio transfer quality report where they evaluated and reported on the quality of my original vinyl (noise level, recording quality, vinyl surface damage, etc) which was good info to read. Overall grade of Everpresent = A.”

“We have had a terrible experience. We waited 14 weeks to receive our product. We made numerous calls and sent multiple emails, none of which were answered. After 14 weeks a manager called because "found" our product. Kate was very helpful in resolving this, but so much damage had been done it was just too late. Recently I asked about purchasing a USB flash drive. Again, I got a confirmation, but no follow up. The communication with your company is deplorable unless you want payment. I'm still waiting for a call or email regarding a USB drive. It's sad, because I have more tapes but I guess I'll have to look elsewhere.”

The price, turn around time and quality was great but the look on my mothers face when she heard her fathers voice again after 40 years was PRICELESS!!! “Tapes are old but the price is fixed regardless of the quality of the transfer. In my case the sound quality was so poor on the transfer as to make the digital product almost useless. There is no way to ensure that what you will get is worth the money. You get whatever they produce and have no idea is advance if it will be worth the price.”
