“I gave myself and my family an incredible gift this year. I FOUND Everpresent!!!! No one had ever seen the video I discovered at my late cousin’s home. It’s been 2 years since it was given to me to try and get it digitized in order to view. I patiently awaited its completion. It was such a surprise to watch. It contained soooooo many family members , most oPf whom are no longer with us. This is such a treasure. I can’t wait to share it with all. Thank you EVERPRESENT. I was very pleased with quality and look forward to hunting down more tapes to view.”

“I picked out a few videos and one old super 8 film of my family. I dropped the package off at South Shore Plaza and EverPresent contacted me within a couple of days with a price. My grand children had never seen their grandfather on his television program on HGTV. We only had VHS tapes. They were reproduced on a digital format and my grandkids were able to enjoy the great tv show. All along the way, EverPresent jet me up to date on the progress ad the end product was back earlier than expected. We were very pleased from start to finish finish. Barbara Knox”

“We had a 45 to 50 year-old video-tape of media interviews done with my wife's father early in his career and, due to the unusual U-Matic format they were stored on, had no way to play it back. After inquiring with several digital transfer services without success, we found Everpresent and were told that they could work with that format. Communication with Everpresent was clear and timely right from the start and the final outcome was excellent. My father-in-law was thrilled to see and hear this content after all this time and his family and friends were all impressed that we were able to recover this material from a tape that had sat unplayed for close to half a century. I'd grateful to Everpresent and highly recommend their service.”

“Had, issues with girl on phone, pushing me to do things over phone when she called. I said I will do it online, but had to tell her more than once. My fault tape had master written on it, emailed before project was done in very beginning and was told that is what will be written on it. Took final payment out and no one ever told me was done until I followed up 3 weeks later . First project was amazing, 2nd will make me not come back”

“was a very diferent busness deal! But it was a pleasant ending. I'm not used to paying up front and not seeing the product being purchsed. I was away hunting three weeks and when returning home I was pleasently suprised with the product. I'm not a computer person! I would be sending another order to be processed. I will be 88 this coming may and will not learn more computer skills. I would like to learn how to share the film with friends. If you can direct me in this proscess I would appricate it. “The most expensive service around. I was quoted a little $400 and was charged over $600 for 12 small DVD's to a UBS and that's with a 20% discount. You do not even get an individual UBS per tape they put everything on one.”

“Very good media transfers. Very good communication (maybe excessive!). Two complaints: 1. I was told the job would be finished and ready for pickup on Dec. 20. It was ready for pickup two weeks early. I felt like I was rushed to pick up the job, located at an inconvenient shop. 2. Instead of giving me a deadline to pick up the job before it was sent back to Everpresent, the message simply said I must pick it up 'soon'.”
