“I recently found an old 8mm film at my parents home after they passed away. I searched for a service that could turn my discovery into a digital format that could be preserved forever. From the moment I called and spoke with Everpresent, I was confident they were the right company to trust with the job. Not having any idea what was on the film, and nervous that it may be too old to be restored (the only label said 1969), they provided me updates as it moved through the entire process. Just two weeks later they said it was ready for pick up! When I got home and viewed it, I was greeted with my mothers beautiful face on Christmas Eve, preparing everything for the next day. I was overcome and sobbed for an hour. My brother and I as toddlers, my exhausted, pregnant mother, with guest appearances by my now 87 year old aunt and deceased grandmother. I've watched the movie countless times and shared it with my family. Everpresent not only provided excellent customer service and technical expertise, they provided immeasurable joy to an entire family by bringing these cherished memories to life. I would trust them with any job and can never thank them enough.”

“Everpresent did a superb job converting a 40 year old project in an unusual format (3/4 inch tape) to digital and even removed mold before converting. The quality is superb and I am thrilled with the results. Several other companies I contacted could not help me with this format, but Everpresent had no problemsl. The customer service was excelllent, and I cannot more highly recommend Everpresent.”

“I was quite reluctant to hand my precious films and videos to a stranger through the mail. Everpresent gave me an option that was secure and the results of some challenging originals turned out great. Very impressed with the process, the good communication and the final product. Will be sending more for transfer.”

“It was a pleasure to deal with everyone in Everpresent. Work was done well. However I did not know tape I sent had 3 minutes on it. Most of the tape was blank much to my surprise. Wish someone would have let me know. Thank you anyway”

“While I was satisfied with the quality of Everpresent’s work, I was quite dissatisfied with the quality of the service and the transparency of the pricing. I asked for the contents of an iPhoto folder to be transferred. Since there were other folders on the same device, I gave specific written instructions to avoid confusion. I was quoted a preliminary price of around $200. When I heard back with the final price it was over $800. I questioned this since it didn’t make sense As I feared, it was based on disregarding the oral and written instructions and transferring all the folders on the device. I again told them not to do this and to only transfer the single photo folder. I was quoted a new price of over $300. When I came in to pick up the work I asked them to show me what they had transferred. Not surprisingly, they again disregarded my instructions and transferred other folders that I had not requested. When I said I did not want to pay for work I had specifically asked not to be done, I was met with a shrug. They had also offered me a discount because I was dropping off this job while picking up another. I reminded them of the discount and confirmed they would add it. They did not add it. I have been pleased with other work they have done for me, but they made a mess of this one and don’t really seem to care.”
