“Hi I am very upset with the quality of picture I got back from you. If I had known you were going yo scan as is . I would of done it my self .You called your self proffesional and sending picture out and having to wait a month its crazy.All you had to say you were not able to fix picture or color or scratches and that you couldnt take glass out .I thought you were better proffessionals than this definately not worth 70 dollars waisted my money and I was trying to surprise someone very special with this picture. It is unfortunate that the photo could not be removed from the frame. With original materials like this, our standard scanning + Image Enhancement is not enough to achieve the results you were hoping for.
After reviewing your photo, we see that this is the kind of project that really benefits from our Advanced Image Retouching service. While this service is priced at $100/hr, we are able to spend the time to retouch the photo. It's not that we can't do it, it's just not part of our standard scanning and Image Enhancement, which you did opt for.

“I think they did a good job digitizing a large mix of stuff: slides, super 8 movies, VHS and other, some of it quite old. Quality of their work was very strong. The service is not cheap but there is a substantial amount of individual attention and labor required. This work will have meaning to a number of my family members, of different ages.”

“I sent a cassette of my older brother interviewing my grandfather,after a while they sent me three CDs and two USBs of some weird baseball jabber . I reviewed my cassette and my grandfather was still there but not on any of the material Everpresent sent me. I have tried in vain to get the stuff I paid for but have gotten the run around so far . Unless they come forward and rectify the situation,I would not recommend them. So, it took a while, my experience/ complaints were totally unique. But they did rectify my project and I did get it back as I originally intended.so, it was much Longer than. I thought it would be. I assume whomever was responsible for the original mess was at least given a talking to.
They honored the payment I had originally made ( as was as it should be) and delivered my project, so other than my original aggravation it all ended fine.”
“The digitization of my materials was nice to have but- my thumb drive and box of materials came back with someone else’s stuff. The marketing tact with this company to ‘protect’ your precious memories is a bit of a farce with the experience I had. And, when I brought it to the customer service’s attention they told me that the didn’t mix up someone else’s materials with mine. I have the proof on my thumb drive and I even returned the poor other person’s materials back.”
“I had a VHS tape copied to digital. The result was watchable, although the tape was old. My complaint is with their horrendous customer service. Communicating with my project coordinator was like having a dialog with a chatbot. I had to keep a log of all my attempts to get her on the phone, but that only happened once: when she called up front to get me to pay for the project. And, even then, it took 9 days after they received my tape to call with a quote. I sent my complaint to the Customer Service Manager and never received acknowledgement, let alone a response.”
“I was skeptical to send the only copy of reel to reel audio recording in the mail to another state. From the drop off to the pick they surpassed my expectations. When it arrived I received a phone call to discuss my needs including removing a buzzing sound on the track from the live recording. I feel it was a fair price for the excellent recording I received back. I would use them again and recommend Everpresent.”
“Project submitted 08/08/2025: Project availabe for pick up 10/09/2025. On 09/12/2025 was notified by EverPresent project was digitized, reviewed and being sent to the packaging department to return to me. After awhile became oncerned the product was not being sent and followed with several calls (plus one E-Mail) being advised the project was still being processed. On 10/01/ and 10/02/2025 talked with EverPresent (Louis) and he was kind enough to check into the delay. With his help the project became avaiable for pick up on 10/09.(Delay???) I am happy with the final product.”
“The quality of the scanned photos was better than expected and I got the project back (366 photos) sooner than the promised date. The only issue was they were not in the order I sent so I did have to do some rearranging. All the folks I worked with/spoke to were wonderful and knowledgeable.”
