“While the idea of Ever Present was an intriguing concept, the execution was not so good. The rep who helped me sounded sleepy and completely apathetic about his job — and my project. Not a great way to get a first contact. The communication throughout the project was boilerplate, sporadic and a little underwhelming. The final scanned images were OK, but details were missed (like my request that they crop out the old white print edges/frames). Finally, the website that they give you for 6 months was incredibly slow, pretty dated and clunky. I just downloaded everything off the thumb drive right away and uploaded them to Drop Box so that I could send them to family members. Overall, it was just OK. I certainly didn't get any of that "family" feeling they talk about so much, nor did I feel like anyone really cared much about my project. And that's a shame, because it could have been so much better.”

“I liked the service, but was a bit more expensive than I really wanted to spend and it took quite a while to get everything back. Quality was good though and happy I did it, memories on film are priceless afterall.”

“Sending my old VHS tapes and media to Everpresent was such an easy experience. I was really pleased with how smoothly everything went. I also liked getting email notifications every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them for any digital media needs. If I find more VHS around my house, I will definitely be using Everpresent again.”
