“It appears that our old analog movies were projected on a very small screen, such that the digital version has very low resolution. It becomes very pixelated on a screen any bigger than a laptop. This was not how families watch movies together, and we could have done this ourselves with consumer equipment. We expected something better.”

We do know that with older and fading films, they do depreciate over time and the good news is that with digitizing this stops that process. EverPresent also have the option to upgrade to 2K as well if you are interested in that service. Hopefully you can check that service option for your next project. “EverPresent handled my project with care and professionalism. The Kodak 8 mm film that was digitized came out much better than I expected. The films were taken in 1955 and 1957! Thank you for the final product that I have been able to share with family and friends.”

“I want to thank Everpresent for their outstanding service. They were very easy to work with and took their time to understand what I needed. I had some really bad film and they were able to recover some of it which is wonderful as I thought it was all lost. I felt the price was reasonable and fare. They were timely and kept me informed fo the process all the way. Thank You Ever-present!!”

“I really appreciated the customer service, reliability and communication! The quality of my slides wasn't great and I paid for extra clarity, but I noticed no improvement from the quality of me taking pictures of the slides with a lit background with my phone,. I have no doubt that you spent time and effort on them but I probably could've gotten the same results more cheaply.”

We have an advanced barcode system in place to insure that our customers get back everything they originally submitted. Sometimes, we do hear that clients give us tapes in which they were unaware of the original content. This sounds like this could be the case. “Everpresent did a great job on my old stereo slides. They came out better than expected and these slides were 60 years old. The Only issue was that my slides required extra cleaning and there was a extra, not insignificant cost to that. It would’ve been preferable to know that that was a possibility upfront. As opposed to finding out about it after they already had my slides. I am very happy with the work however.”

“I was very pleased with the outcome. Taking over 60 year old records with my Granfather and mother singing when she was only 3 years old and making them clear enough to listen to was priceless. I surprised my Aunt and my cousins with them. They were so happy to hear their voices as both of them have passed. Thank you!!!”
