“I had broken an old VHS tape of a band I played in 27 years ago. It was the only link to that group of me and my then bandmates. Everpresent repaired and digitized that tape and despite the poor original quality, made it watchable again. The Everpresent reps I dealt with were knowledgeable and very friendly. My one little nit to pick is the project took more than twice the amount of time to complete than the original quote. All in all, thank you Everpresent for bringing back an important part of my past. I will not hesitate to refer you to others and use you again should the need arise.”

- A little less detail on each email. The constant focus on all your processes and everything you do (after the initial explanation) takes up too much of my time.
- A bit better coordination in terms of pickup / delivery status.
