“Dropping off my Grandfathers old 8mm movie reels with people I don't know was a bit stressful. I am so glad I picked Everpresent. Professional, excellent quality, easy to work with. I'll be bringing more videos to them to digitize. Awesome work.”

“I wanted to have VHS tapes digitized in time for my daughter's birthday. Everpresent predicted it would take 3 weeks, and did the job right on time. They were easy to interact with and answered questions whenever I asked for guidance. It all turned out very well.”

“I was pleased with the time frame in which my videos were transferred to DVD's. I wanted them for a Christmas present and they were done in plenty of time. One small error was made in that two VHS tapes were to be put on one DVD as they were two separate acts of a play, and this wasn't done properly. However, when I contacted Everpresent, they fixed this at no charge. Very pleased with their service.”

“The conversion to video was good however the process was a bit awkward. Needing to go to a local shop to drop off and pick up didn't add any value and was a hassle. Also scheduling discussions with Everpresent was not smooth, a lot of back and forth trying to set times.”

“I am very happy with the results of transferring family slides to digital display. The customer service was very professional. The ease of use with local pickup with the affordability and quality of product received made this consumer very satisfied. I purchased extra USB’s as Christmas presents. I would use this company again. They clean the slides which is not done by most other companies, that is why I originally chose them.”

“Not a great experience, wasn’t too concerned about the conversion of the 2 movies to a flash drive, 1 didn’t work due to it being in bad condition and the other didn’t seem to have sound once done although it did before hand. It took about 6 months and I’m guessing that was due to Covid, when I went to pick up the finished flash drive and film they couldn’t quite find it so that took a little bit of time to locate, then a few weeks later I got a phone call to say the other one was done, I drove 30 miles to go pick it up but then got sent to another store 30 miles in the opposite direction only to find they had no idea what I was talking about, they then called the first store and they said oops it must be in someone’s van somewhere that they would call me when it was located, they never called and I’ve no idea if there even was another flash drive or movie ! Not a place that fills me with confidence! Still waiting to hear back from them months later !!!”

“due to the age of the reel to reel tapes (54yrs) It was lucky to have been able to retrive anything. The quality wasn't great and I had to play the volume at 43 to be able to hear the music.I sent the second copies of the tape to a former band member who now lives in Kentucky, and he was thrilled. Thank you for doing a great job with tapes that old”
