“Not a great experience, wasn’t too concerned about the conversion of the 2 movies to a flash drive, 1 didn’t work due to it being in bad condition and the other didn’t seem to have sound once done although it did before hand. It took about 6 months and I’m guessing that was due to Covid, when I went to pick up the finished flash drive and film they couldn’t quite find it so that took a little bit of time to locate, then a few weeks later I got a phone call to say the other one was done, I drove 30 miles to go pick it up but then got sent to another store 30 miles in the opposite direction only to find they had no idea what I was talking about, they then called the first store and they said oops it must be in someone’s van somewhere that they would call me when it was located, they never called and I’ve no idea if there even was another flash drive or movie ! Not a place that fills me with confidence! Still waiting to hear back from them months later !!!”

“due to the age of the reel to reel tapes (54yrs) It was lucky to have been able to retrive anything. The quality wasn't great and I had to play the volume at 43 to be able to hear the music.I sent the second copies of the tape to a former band member who now lives in Kentucky, and he was thrilled. “I've used Everpresent twice to have slides converted so I can make picture books from them. (Future generations will not be looking at slides.) They have perfected the entire process. I decided to use them because I didn't want to mail the slides. Their courier process worked perfectly. They converted my slides in the (numbered) order I gave them (which saves time when creating the picture book) and returned everything to me in a timely fashion. Excellent service!”
