“The project went well after a bit of a rough start. I feel I was being charged for a hidden service after the parameters of the project were set. I was able to work with Everpresent and actually do some of the work myself that I would have been charged for. Quality was excellent. Communication was good, but could have been more efficient. We started by leaving voicemail, but finally went to email.”

“Everpresent processed about 2500 slides to digital. Each slide was in the proper order and returned to it’s carousel in the original position. Each slide was labeled to represent the appropriate carousel making it easily identifiable for final identification and labeling. All-in-all I am very pleased with the results of their work.”

“The digital transfer of my 16mm film showed significant dirt...especially at the beginning and the end of the transfer. This means the film was not professionally cleaned before transfer.....unforgivaeable. They also had to redo the transfer because the audio track was not included although I was charged fo it. For the $400 plus dollars I was charged the job rendered was unsatisfactory.”
“I used Everpresent to digitize our 8mm home movies with sound. Not all companies can complete the job with sound. My customer service representative, Tia, was awesome. She was helpful in providing information over the phone and email. I was able to drop the film at a local store for pick up eliminating the stress and anxiety of sending through the mail. Upon completion, I was able to pick up the original film and thumb drives. Apparently, the process of digitizing 8mm film with sound is more complicated than I realized. The speed of the film was off. I reached out to Tia via email and she immediately called. They were able to edit and resend new thumb drives and my cherished memories were once again brought to life.
