This organization is First Class! They do an outstanding job of digitizing your photos and videos. Take the opportunity to transfer all you family photos and videos to digital; share with your loved ones and preserve them for generations to come!

I was so thrilled and delighted when Everpresent was able to digitize my 30 year old daughter’s first birthday party to a thumb drive. It was done so quickly and professionally even during the pandemic I am so grateful

I used Ever Present's services on 2 separate occasions. One was to convert my daughter's wedding from my digital movie projector into a DVD. This turned out very good, complete with edits. The second occasion was when I condensed family memories to a DVD. These were taken from individual video files on outdated devices. This was more complicated. Ever Present not only took on this challenge, but first called to confirm if certain edits were correct and then sent me a sample before converting this to DVD. This project turned out excellent. The employees I spoke with were friendly and quite competent. I would recommend this company whole-heartedly!

I would never recommend this service. After one of my 8mm films were lost the tech told me I had submitted an empty reel those of us who have lost family understand what care we take of these memories. He then refused to help transferred me to another employee. Again I’m told the reel was empty. What was to be an emotional Christmas gift is just a deep sadness for the family. The missing movie contain only two still living relatives. I should not have been so easily dismissed. I have not received a call back in months. Maria Breen

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Everpresent. The quality of the digital items came out really good even though some of the tapes were pretty old. It also turned out that some of the tapes I paid to get converted were TV show and movie recordings (that I thought were family videos), and Eric was very responsive to my concerns there and how they could help address them.

Three reunions with cousins and siblings in OH, KY and IN and I can't say enough about the tears, laughter and connections that now will remain for this next generation layer in our family. Timing for Christmas and a link to travel with worked for everyone and to give some of these cousins a glimpse of their parents and relatives, long lost or some they had not met and those of us who say each other for special events as children, it was like being back in our childhoods together. One cousin, who raised 4, when their parents were taken at a young age, was so happy and they all recalled memories of who sang and other soothing memories. With love for all of my family I will submit as anonymous.

The quality of the media I submitted was not the best. It did however have music, which enhanced the experience of viewing. I was disappointed that my new media did not include the music.

I brought my old movie tapes in to be made into CDs in November, with a promise of completion by December 23. One in particular was very important to me and was to be a Christmas gift to several family members. When I wasn't contacted by December 23, I called on the morning of December 24 and received the message that the office was closed. Someone finally contacted me from another state and said that if I paid my balance, she could send me the digital files right away until the CDs could be produced. I paid the money over the phone but did not receive the digital files until a week after Christmas. When I opened the one that was meant to be a gift, it was only partially there. When I returned to EverPresent in Newton to pick up my CDs, I asked why and was told there was a "crink" in the tape and it could not be copied, which was not true because I was able to watch the whole tape in your office as we consulted. I was told to leave my tape and it would be attempted again. I lost sleep over having left it and not just taking it back, as I wasn't sure I'd ever see it again. Finally I received a call saying my CD was ready to be picked up at your Burlington location. When I went there, they had no clue what I was talking about. I then went to Newton and was told there was a "mixup" and the CD was really in Newton. FINALLY I received the five CDs of the one very important movie tape and was able to give it as a late Christmas gift. Sadly, I won't be continuing to use your services, even though I was originally so excited that I had finally found a place I could trust with the hundreds of tapes I still need to convert. Maybe this is not typical of your service, but I found the whole experience more stressful than helpful! I believe I should have been refunded my money for what I was put through!

My experience was not that great to be honest. We had a big order (over 40 tapes) which translates to a lot of money. I felt like Everpresent didn’t care that we were investing in this for our family. We were not offered any discounts or anything like other companies do. I wanted to support a local Massachusetts company as that’s where I grew up, but I am disappointed in my experience. There were so many extra fees for titling of files and DVD’s. We opted not to add these on. I have been going through and manually changing the names of the files. It’s a little ridiculous that it isn’t included to be honest. They have to title the files anyways with “Video Memories XX”. Other companies include titling in all orders. Additionally, communication was not good. They claim to have a representative for you, but every time I called or had to do something...it was a different person on the phone. We found 40 more tapes after our initial order and chose to go with a national company instead. They were priced much better and we were able to add on a DVD to that order for only $80. Whereas, Everpresent was asking for hundreds of more dollars for a DVD Set (for an order of our size...over $300). That is part of the reason we didn’t return. Yes, I still would like DVDs of those digital files from my Everpresent order, but it’s crazy to ask for hundreds of dollars when your competitor is only asking for $80 regardless of how many tapes are being transferred. You might be competitively priced for a small order, but not for an order of 40 tapes. I regret placing the order with Everpresent and wish I would have gone with the other company initially.

It seems that there must have been a different package that we could have suggested given your extra copy requirements. It sounds like we could have done a better job helping you choose the best fit for you. How to do my DVDs twice first time they never put the sound on the DVDs it took way too long to get them back Then they charge me an additional $40 I would not recommend it to anybody else

It was an ok experience . A little bit of an inconvenience for sure and the cds are ok . There are a lot of spots in film that is unclear and static . We didn’t get told that there was a problem with it . Also , I thought the cost was high for just transferring tapes to cds Nothing special was done .

I am very pleased with the work that was done. The films I brought in were so old and stored in a damp basement. I didn't expect to get much from them but was pleasantly surprised. The only problem I have is the length of time it takes to get a project done. I can understand why it took long when I brought so many films but my daughter, Catherine Schofield brought in some of the discs made by Everpresent to have copies made and it has been forever and we still don't have them. I am afraid they are lost.
