“This is my second time using EverPresent services. It may seem longer than other companies promise, but they communicate with you along the way and answer all your questions. The quality of the films cannot be any better! Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone who wants to pass precious moments from the past to future generations.”

“The transfer of Super 8 film to digital was done very well and I'll gladly send some more to have transferred, however the process of doing it appears to be a bit bureaucratic. For example, I am not sure why consultation is necessary again after the first job is done.”

“I was pleased to find a service like this close to home. I felt confident that my old family movies were safe when I could drop them off and pick them up rather than mailing them. Communication was great in the beginning but dropped off until I wrote to ask what was happening. I think I got lost in the shuffle. End product was about what I expected and will need lots of editing to be ready for prime time.”

“I had broken an old VHS tape of a band I played in 27 years ago. It was the only link to that group of me and my then bandmates. Everpresent repaired and digitized that tape and despite the poor original quality, made it watchable again. The Everpresent reps I dealt with were knowledgeable and very friendly. My one little nit to pick is the project took more than twice the amount of time to complete than the original quote. All in all, thank you Everpresent for bringing back an important part of my past. I will not hesitate to refer you to others and use you again should the need arise.”

“The results were pretty good. As for the customer service interaction, I have two suggestions: - A little less detail on each email. The constant focus on all your processes and everything you do (after the initial explanation) takes up too much of my time. - A bit better coordination in terms of pickup / delivery status. “They got the job done right, and were very professional. They digitized my 7 VHS tapes which were in European PAL format. Some of the tapes were broken (tape not attached to wheel). Now I have the videos in a digital mpeg files that I can watch easily. The quality is the best one can hope for, considering the low quality source material.”

“I would not use Everpresent again or recommend the service. It was very challenging to get someone on the phone to discuss the project. It was very expensive for what you get. I cannot easily download the files from the cloud.”

Hi Leslie, Thanks for choosing EverPresent to digitize your precious family memories. The project was very large and consisted of thousands of slides that were flawlessly scanned, all performed on a professional scanner. Each scan was cleaned and retouched professionally. EverPresent did the work as requested, and on time, and for the price range originally estimated. We also uploaded files to USB drive - where you can have direct access to your newly organized archive right away without having to download the images. EverPresent support team also responded right away to resend you a link to the website to help you troubleshoot the cloud site. “I’m afraid that I have been disappointed in the results of the work done by Everpresent. One of the four disks I received has someone else’s music on it, and I am missing the last several movements of a major work on my disks. The recording quality makes me think that the copies were made without listening to what was on them. Admittedly, these are some older recordings, but I, an amateur in the recording field, have made infinitely more acceptable copies of these tapes. I have the feeling that either the technicians were unaware of the fact that this work was recorded on a 1/2 track Stereo, rather than 1/4 track, and so much of the fidelity is lost, causing distortions of balance and clarity. I made a point to inform those to whom I entrusted the tapes that some were recorded in 1/2 track, but it seems that was ignored. Lastly, I had a copy of the work transferred to a thumb drive, but have been unable to play anything from it since it appears that the jack has been twisted and therefore it is unreadable.”
