I am 79 years old, so you can see what an incredible experience it is to be able to see them "in action" and even more a treasure to share them with my grandchildren, and to see myself at age 3 in 1945 at my aunt and uncle's wedding, not to mention even more films. Without Everpresent's meticulous care right from the get-go of entrusting those films to you and being kept "in the loop" all the way through I suspect that these old films would have eventually met a sorry end on the trash heap; now they are available to several generations to come. If anybody asks me what to do with their old films, I have a ready answer! Thank you many time over!”

“First of all, all my dealings with EverPresent were very polite, courteous and professional. I would rate them with a five (on their scale of 5 being very good). They immediately listened to your request and responded with their questions and answer. You knew on your first call what the project would cost and how long it would take to get your project back. Getting a bit pricey, and although I did not call to question it, I wonder what a $35 service fee (for what) on a total invoice of about $2000. I would think for that amount of payment, it is not in the spirit of treating customers fairly to have to pay a "service fee."”

“I have transferred 4 very old brittle 8mm movies so far with good success from the Everpresent team. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the final process of the "consultation", this process requires an old fashion phone call which greatly delays the delivery. Since it is hard to reach the team both time it took over 10 days to get the release of the films. I tried calls, emails but they demand you speak with them (this is almost as old fashion as my 8mm films!) I asked that a manger contact me but there was no attempt.”
