“The digital transfer of my 16mm film showed significant dirt...especially at the beginning and the end of the transfer. This means the film was not professionally cleaned before transfer.....unforgivaeable. They also had to redo the transfer because the audio track was not included although I was charged fo it. For the $400 plus dollars I was charged the job rendered was unsatisfactory.”
“I used Everpresent to digitize our 8mm home movies with sound. Not all companies can complete the job with sound. My customer service representative, Tia, was awesome. She was helpful in providing information over the phone and email. I was able to drop the film at a local store for pick up eliminating the stress and anxiety of sending through the mail. Upon completion, I was able to pick up the original film and thumb drives. Apparently, the process of digitizing 8mm film with sound is more complicated than I realized. The speed of the film was off. I reached out to Tia via email and she immediately called. They were able to edit and resend new thumb drives and my cherished memories were once again brought to life.
They also provide a website link so you can download and share with family and friends.
I am grateful for the professional, friendly customer service and a fantastic finished product.”
“Understandably,I was hesitant to send away my precious videos of my family but I felt I was in good hands with Everpresent. They communicated with me every step of the way explaining the process it took to do a thorough and professional job. It was a job well done. I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend this company.”
“Happily all my questions are now resolved and I'm now preparing my 2nd batch of older 126 films to be digitized. The 1st batch, despite being from the 1970's turned out really well. A special memory for my children. Thank you for your good work.”
Hi Timothy,
Thanks for your note and we are pleased that you are happy with your slide scanning project and that you would like to work with EverPresent again. It looks we tried to reach you to you but the email we had on file was bouncing. We will give you a call today to help you with your slide scanning project. Thanks, The EverPresent Team
“I wanted digital images of newspapers from 1976. Legacybox couldn't do the work and recommended EverPresent. EverPresent kept me advised on the progress of the work and delivered a quality product.”
“I am pretty thrilled- I live in California and was nervous to ship my memories across the country- but am so thrilled with the results and the way they were presented. I got all my originals safely back and a technical analysis of any media issues as well. I am prepping my second order now and have recommended this company to my friends. Thank you!”
“Would definitely recommend Everpresent for anyone’s future projects. From pick up to drop off at my designated location it all went smooth. Files were all labeled with title on usb according to how it was on tapes. Extremely happy with my project. I was kept up to date on status and updates via email. My usb was packed in a small box which I can store. Will definitely go to them for future projects.”
“Communication was adequate but that's it. The transcription of VHS tapes was disappointing. Most of these I had watched as recently as 5 years ago and they were pretty high quality. The results when digitized were only "better than nothing"”
“Good service process, a lot more to it than just "transferring one media to another" within the operation. They keep you notified each time it moves from one process within the operation to another, maybe too much, but some people like that. I have and am still using them for my projects.”
Hi David,
Great news - your order is ready at the partner store that you dropped off at. Sorry that you missed our call at the end of March.
Have a great day, we look forward to working with you again!

“I was very happy with Everpresents. They did a great job on my uncles old films. I know some of them were damaged, but all in all it was great to see the old films. Brought back a lot of memories.
Thank you very much,
Donna Haddad”
