“The project to convert my 8 MM tapes to DVD's took some time due to the pandemic but I was kept informed along the way. I only reached out once during the process when I hadn't had an update in a while and I got a response within a couple of days. The resulting DVD's were well organized and labeled.”

“I used EverPresent’s services to transfer videos for my daughter-in-law. Her mother passed several years ago and she had videos she was unsure of content. I surprised her at Christmas with newly transferred videos and what a surprise! She was so grateful to have treasured video memories of her mother to share on Christmas morning with her siblings. “Brought VHS tapes of a band to be digitized. Had to be redone because audio and video did not match. Had to travel 90 minutes round-trip to pick up second attempt after I called looking for it. Nobody notified me that they were ready and at the pick up spot. I would’ve preferred that they mailed them to me because it was their mistake. Also the titles had mistakes. After picking them up and reviewing them, they fixed the original problem but the titles were Still incorrect.. also one of the DVDs had two segments with titles. They had the wrong segment attached to the wrong title. Had to have them redone again and I insisted they mailed them to me which they did. When calling them with these problems, you get a voicemail. After leaving the voicemail, apparently they corrected or attempted to correct problems but never notified me when they were done. Their lack of communication is very unprofessional and their failure to review their work is lazy. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”

“We experienced helpful communication as our project made its way through the transfer process. Sadly, the digital transfer & DVD hiccups at every point that there was a splice in the original Super 8 film. Surprised that this wasn't noticed and commented upon...even if it couldn't be fixed. Film worked fine in our projector...but that was many years ago!”

“Everyone at Everpresent was good to work with. During a move, I found 8 very old Sony tapes and had no way to view them. I didn’t know which ones had content. One tape was broken. They fixed then broken one, cut around the bad spots and documented everything they did. As a result, we had a great Covid holiday viewing old family videos that I had totally given up on.”

“I found some very old, oddly sized negatives of my dad’s after he passed. I noticed that some of them were of my sister and me and I’d not seen before. I searched for someone to help me develop them. Everpresent was the business I chose. I am so glad I did. My sister and I were very happy to have them in a form that can be printed. Everpresent worked great and the staff was polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Everpresent.”

“The duplication of a 25 year old dusty VHS tape of a special 70th birthday celebration for our father was so appreciated that I cried knowing that Everpresent took careful attention to preserving a memory that if not made digital would be lost forever! Now descendants will know who their ancestors are without signing up with Ancestry.com. Highly recommended!”
