We have an advanced barcode system in place to insure that our customers get back everything they originally submitted. Sometimes, we do hear that clients give us tapes in which they were unaware of the original content. This sounds like this could be the case. “Everpresent did a great job on my old stereo slides. They came out better than expected and these slides were 60 years old. The Only issue was that my slides required extra cleaning and there was a extra, not insignificant cost to that. It would’ve been preferable to know that that was a possibility upfront. As opposed to finding out about it after they already had my slides. I am very happy with the work however.”

Each slide was labeled to represent the appropriate carousel making it easily identifiable for final identification and labeling. All-in-all I am very pleased with the results of their work.”
