“Quite surprised to see my old videos from tape and movie reels redone, cleaned up and organized in a convenient and easily viewable format. Rediscovered some people, places and events I had long forgotten simply because my VCR and Super 8 machines had died. Now I get to watch my (sometimes) glorious yesteryear stuff any time right here on my computer screen. Fabulous!”

“Everpresent was wonderful to work with. I had been trying to get a VHS video converted to DVD for professional development workshops. After looking around they were the only place I could find to do this. The people I spoke with were helpful and friendly. Frequent communications kept me updated as my project was in process. I would recommend this company to anyone and hope to have reason to use them again.”

“In all honesty, I absolutely love this service. I had slide sitting around for many many years and who keeps the side machine anymore anyway? So I sent them three different jobs and each one was done professionally, they communicated efficiently, I thought the price was fair, and I am very pleased that I can now share these pictures via email and see them across my computer screen. Highly recommend.”

“The production people are fine. The customer service reps are maddening. I have a significant number of photos that I want made into digital books. However, I can't understand how Everpresent is going to get me from A to Z on this. The website also says a designer will do a consultation with me but I am still not sure how that happens after three calls. I really would rather talk to someone who is going to solve my problem.”

“The EVERPRESENT team did a great job converting our old videos to digital copies. The age and quality of the videos probably made for a difficult job on EVERPRESENT's part, but they rose to the occasion and it is evident that they did their best. My one qualm with the company is that I feel as though they were not keeping me updated throughout the entire process. It took almost double the amount of time for them to finish the project than they had predicted when I first dropped the videos off. When I tried contacting them to get an update it was very difficult to get in touch with them. Of course, with this qualm, it is important to consider the difficult times we are in and the delays that the pandemic has created in almost every aspect of life.”
