“I am so pleased that we had our videos recovered from our old Super 8 tapes. Your processing brought 40 years of memories of dear family and friends, our children our grandchildren, and all the good times we had over the years. “Dropped films of our wedding from fifty-two years ago at Arts Plus in Collingswood NJ. EverPresent was in constant contact with us. They walked us through the process and the results were amazing. Films and flash drive were returned to Arts Plus for pickup in a short time. We felt very secure knowing that our films were hand delivered and never mailed. Thanks for great customer service John and Diane”

“Disapointed. Entirely too expensive to take already digitized photos, de-duplicate and arange by year in a folder for each year for my monther. What I recieved was a bunch of sub-folders in each year plus files that were not organized, even though they had date stamps. The wrap up process felt like extortion, you must fill out this cryptic form masked as a survey that clearly was just an attempt to upsell in order to get your pictures back. A week before I recieved my files back, I get an email requesting me to add a tip to the those that worked on my files. I like the concept of this service, but poorly executed. I was expecting a program that sorts files and de-duplucates. If this really was done all manually, I would suggest investing in some automation.”

“Not pleased. Spent over $400. No editing whatsoever. Mislabeled. AND received someone’s DVDs. Taped commercials etc that i’m sure i paid for. One important DVD is cut off before the important part of the event. Invest in a machine and do it yourself is the best advice I can give you. Work too hard to have paid for this service”

“I have watched my Air Force film of sixty years ago thanks to Everpresent. Most enjoyable to share with my family. I had forgotten some of it but to see thousands of feet of 8mm on a thumb drive was worth it. Thanks for the great job.”
