My photos were a chronology of my children's lives from when their Dad and I met to their weddings and children. The order of the photos is VERY important for it to make sense. During my phone call with Everpresent, I made this VERY CLEAR. The photos were numbered in RED ink to make this chronology clear.
When the thumb drives arrived, the photos were not even close to being in order. Whoever did the actual work did not pay attention to the order. I was disappointed and surprised because I had been clear about the importance of order .
I called you, and Eileen (?) said she would speak to the person who filled my order and call me back. I have received no call. I do realize that it is the holidays, and certain employees could be on vacation. I
I am looking forward to receiving 3 new thumb drives WITH the photos in order. If you need the original photos back with the correct numbering, I am happy to re send them.
