“Professionally done - happy with the overall transaction. I refused an initial quote because the converted tape isn't worth much to me, and they worked with me to arrive at a suitable charge. They converted an 8mm tape to digital, and they also provided a fairly comprehensive analysis of the project when done. I didn't need all that since it was just a home video, but I can see how they could handle corporate and creative projects with higher stakes.”

But there were videos/tapes they didn't advise me of that were faulty and fuzzy aka unwatchable that I was still charged for. Also there deal of so many tapes and then the price is reduced is a scam! They charge you the higher price for the first 10 vhs and then the lower price for the rest when they should charge the lower price for all vhs tapes in the order. All together was way overpriced for what I got un return.”
