“I am very happy that I found Everpresent. We had many VHS-C tapes that were 25+ years old and we tried to play them through our very old camcorder with no luck. The audio and video playback was terrible. We also noticed that some of the tapes had mold on them. I sent them to Everpresent hopeful that they could retrieve some of our precious memories...and they did!!! They did a fantastic job. The whole process from mailing our tapes in to receiving them back took about a month...and we could not be more pleased. We were updated throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Everpresent for your video transfer needs. They surpassed my expectations! Thank you!!!”

“Very pleased with the work done to transfer 2 very old vinyl LPs (1965) to CD. No longer have a working turntable to play so having CD was very important to me. They are filled with memories from a time and place no longer available.”

“EverPresent works with a local retailer, so I was able to hand my old tapes to a human being, instead of shipping them off and hoping for the best. Conversion to digital was done in a timely fashion, and I got e-mails updating me at each point in the process. They did a very good job converting our old family tapes, and I and my grown children are really enjoying watching them.”

“I would recommend EVERPRESENT to anyone who needs to restore and digitize media. I had a large order (close to 5000 negatives) and the team was in continuous contact with me giving updates, preview images, and I was able to speak to a human being as needed. This was very important to me as these negatives were over 30 years old and I wanted to make sure everything was going well. Very personalized care. Thank you.”

“I submitted a VHS tape from 1991 (32 years old) and requested three DVDs to be made from the tape. The people were very professional and they sent me emails with a progress report many times throughout the process. I received the three DVDs in a timely fashion. Two of them were very good while a third one was somewhat blurry and the DVD paused briefly several times throughout the tape. This was very disappointing. I do realize the tape is old and I do feel they did the best they could. But I was disappointed with the third DVD as I think this was a very expensive project. Maybe they didn't check the third DVD.”

“Excellent service: I had a variety of old slides, different sizes, from my childhood, and all were cleaned and scanned beautifully. I appreciated the hands-on drop-off and pick-up service (no worries about things getting crushed in shipping) and online tracking of my project's progress. I recommend EverPresent highly!”

“The Everpresent experience was fantastic. I was so impressed with how organized and efficient they were, with updates every step of the way. The best part, however, was how touched my kids and my father were to see the photos and videos that I could easily share through a link. I highly recommend doing this. I had procrastinated a long time, but it’s so easy!! ps. I initially had trouble getting a call back from EP, but the Newton store was excellent!!”

“Everpresent reps were all wonderful and helpful. The project came out perfect for my needs. I did not give a 5star review simply because of the waiting period, which in all fairness, was communicated to me at the start. I was also concerned my materials might get lost in the transition from a drop off location, an art store, to Everpresent's lab.”

“Dropped my slides and films off just as they had been stored for over 40 years and got nice digitized versions back in a short time. Easily accessible for downloading and sharing online. Quality was as good as it gets, given the age. Very nice memories. Happy with the service.”
