“The two 16mm films I submitted came back as very disappointing files. The color had shifted on both, and no one in your quality control department even mentioned it. I would not have expected you to make corrections, but someone should have prepared me for the need. Worse yet was the audio, which had an annoying flutter sound throughout, obscuring dialogue and music. How could you not have heard that? The original optical tracks were clear of any such annoyances.”

“I am very happy that I found Everpresent. We had many VHS-C tapes that were 25+ years old and we tried to play them through our very old camcorder with no luck.
