“Every step of the way, EverPresent was there to guide the process. I am super pleased with the results. Thanks so much for transporting a box of old memories into the 21st century! Much appreciated.”
“EverPresent took 35 year old tapes made by a tv station and made video files for me. I plan to surprise my husband, a former news reporter, with these files. They used to be his résumé. He will be overwhelmed, all because of EverPresent’s skill and care. Thank you!”
“Everpresent did a fine job of converting my VHS to DVD and, also, communicating as their work progressed. However - and tempering this against such as my local library having a do-it-yourself-VHS-to-DVD-for-free - I have to reflect your charge for doing this work as notably high.”
“I recently had two mini cassette tapes and two regular cassette tapes digitized by Everpresent. I had them transcribed onto a thumb drive. The 30-year-old cassettes contained some precious personal and historically significant audio recordings I wished to preserve and archive. They did an excellent job! I was able to hear my long-since-departed mother and sister's voices with surprising clarity. I am now also able to finish a long overdue historical film archiving project by adding witness narration. My only issue with Everpresent (and the only reason I didn't give them a 5 Star rating) was their lack of communication on my digitizing project. I was somehow dropped off of their project tracking process. I would usevthem again and recommend them to anyone considering having their precious audio recordings digitized.”
“I have used Everpresent for three separate projects. Two of the projects included dozens of 8 mm film that had been sitting in storage since the 1970s and old VHS and betamax cassettes from the same period. I was not sure if anything could or would be salvageable. I am grateful to say that the footage Everpresent produced for me in digital form was exactly as I had hoped it might be - clear, complete, and fully precious. I highly recommend their services.”
“I sent in a reel of very old (~60 years old) film to be digitized. The drop off and pick up process for the reel were simple and convenient, the communication from Everpresent was excellent, and the results are great. I am a happy customer.”
“As a first time client I am happily impressed with the Everpresent staff. From initial call to this survey each associate has benn helpful, polite and professional. Thank you”
“Was a bit less impressed with service this time around than previously. I dropped off my project in November, and didn't hear anything about status between 11/17 and 2/3 (which was just days after I wrote to ask for an update). It was ready on 2/9... the day i was having shoulder surgery, which left me unable to drive. I had to have my son pick it up for me when he was in town on March 20. The app was not working, and i had to follow up to get that fixed. I asked for an extension of the 60 days of access to the online archive given all of the above and was shocked to get a cold response that said, basically, no.”
“My overall experience from start to completion of project was excellent. I was updated on status and positive suggestion on enhancing project. Completely satisfied with my experience and will definitely use Everpresent again.”
“Everything went as advertised. I especially liked the periodic updates and description of outcome of conversion to dvd. Would use this service again in a heartbeat.”
“Beginning of the process went very well. Dropped off my slides/videos and got an email that the project was going through quality control and was moving right along, a few weeks later. Then nothing for three months. Everpresent did provide a few videos and some slides right before the holidays after a few emails from me. Then took another three months until we got the project. Quality was great, but given the price, thought we would have gotten a clearer sense of where we stood. Didnt really make good on the promise of the site and service.”
“I am sorely disappointed in the quality. And quality assurance on your end didn't happen. There is no other way the end of the album was missing from the CD. Waste of money.”
