“I really liked the ease of dropping off/picking up my stuff at a local retailer. I also really liked the detailed emails I received about the progress of my project. What I did NOT really like was a solicitation for a tip for the customer service rep who was in charge of. my project. I was given a cost for my project, which I assumed included the salary/hourly wage of Everpresent's employees. If you think your employees deserve more $$, pay them more & have your pricing reflect that. I felt the request was a scam to get me to pay more for your service than I contracted for. If not for that I would have given Everpresent 5 stars.”

“The actual transfer service was great. However, communication needs to improve. CSTs were very friendly but clueless. It took me leaving 4-5 voicemails to get a call-back initially for my project. After that, I had a few email threads going and it was back and fourth that went nowhere. Very confusing about some sort of contract which I never was even given. Later found out that I could just drop everything off in person. Not sure why none of these people told me that. To make matters worse, once I did finally drop the project off, I started getting hammered with calls from Everpresent. I'd say at least 4 per week. Most of the time is was a confused CST who didn't even know I had a project going on already. A few times it was a useless update that no one needs. I really don't need to know "we loaded it onto the truck" etc etc. These updates kept coming. And now your hammering me with review requests. It's like your trying at communication but failing miserably. I got the impression that I was talking to people in a call center and maybe there's the problem.”

“I like the service, however continuous contact through emails, phone calls, mailings is way too much. I want to order, pay for, and pickup my films…that’s it. Please stop contacting me, it’s annoying and way over kill. Actions speak louder than words…”

“This is my second project with Everpresent. My first experience was very good, especially with communication. However, my second project did not go that well. If it would have been my first experience I would not have used Everpresent again. The rep assigned to project #2 failed, she lacked communication skills and was just not interested. I sent emails, phone calls but never followed up, most likely she is no longer working at the company.”

“We are so impressed with EVERPRESENT's professionalism, integrity, and perfection of the finished product! Thank you for a great and meticulous staff! We had some fine art slides converted to digital color images on a Flash Drive. Everyone was very patient guiding us through the entire process start to finish. “Thank you for saving our cherished memories for us, we miss our father very much and the one VHS tape that he was taped on was broken you were able to fix it and restore the VHS tape to working order and also digitize it so we could share it with each other and pass on his memories to our children .”
