“I had a wonderful experience with EVERPRESENT. As a surprise anniversary gift, I had our 30 year old wedding VHS converted. EVERPRESENT kept in constant contact with me, informing me of the steps involved in the process. Personal phone calls from a real person - a rarity now-a-days. The conversion was ready a week early! Their website is easy to navigate and we are planning to convert more media and maintain our membership.”

“Overall, the digitized 35mm slides came out pretty good. There did seem to be a problem with some darker slides. On a home-quality flatbed scanner, I was able to get much brighter results for those dark slides. See attached scans - same photo, though one is reversed. Berkeley-009 is my scan, the other is the Everpresent scan. I thought of sending some back, but it would have taken more time than I had to separate out and somehow find a way to keep track of those slides that come from different boxes or carousels. The processing took longer than expected, and the progress reports were very vague.”
