“I submitted a VHS tape from 1991 (32 years old) and requested three DVDs to be made from the tape. The people were very professional and they sent me emails with a progress report many times throughout the process. I received the three DVDs in a timely fashion. Two of them were very good while a third one was somewhat blurry and the DVD paused briefly several times throughout the tape. This was very disappointing. I do realize the tape is old and I do feel they did the best they could. But I was disappointed with the third DVD as I think this was a very expensive project. Maybe they didn't check the third DVD.”

“I'll be honest the service was great and the end result was very good, however I think your company charges too much money to do the job. I had a cassette with 10 songs on it and I think it was much too much money to put these 10 songs on cd's. I think each job should be priced accordingly not one flat fee. Your service charge to transport the product was ridiculously outrageous. Anyways service was great pricing not great.”
