“This company is a disgrace. They gave me misinformation about pricing. They failed to respond to my requests and messages. They deal with local merchants whose hours are by appointment only. They have so many employees that you cannot establish a relationship with anyone. The whole outfit is robot, unfeeling, and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.”

“It was a very easy process to work with Everpresent. I did the drop off and pick up from a local store in the next town, which meant that I didn't have to ship precious documents myself. There were no problems, all a very smooth process.”

“The service I received from EverPresent turned out to be everything I'd hoped it would be. When I decided to digitize some forty-year-old materials, I checked the internet for companies that could handle the conversion. What struck me about EverPresent was the availability of drop-off, at a location near me. Obviously, that reflected awareness on the part of EverPresent that a customer might be worried about loss, in transit, of irreplaceable materials. I figured that meant EverPresent would be attentive to all other customer concerns, too---and that proved to be right. When I received the digital files of my visuals and audio, I was very happy with what the technicians at EverPresent had done. EverPresent's staff had kept me well-informed about the conversion, at every step of the process. My materials were Super 8 movie film and quarter-inch audio tape; the conversion was perfect.”

“I'll be honest the service was great and the end result was very good, however I think your company charges too much money to do the job. I had a cassette with 10 songs on it and I think it was much too much money to put these 10 songs on cd's. I think each job should be priced accordingly not one flat fee. Your service charge to transport the product was ridiculously outrageous. Anyways service was great pricing not great.”

“When I first viewed the photos from Everpresent on my thumb drive, I was very impressed at the improved quality of the images. The price that i ended up paying was the same as advertised on the website. There was a mix of very old family photos and somewhat newer ones from the 70's and 80's.”

“When I first started looking for a company to develop a Tribute for my wife, Lorraine, I didn't expect to come upon one like yours. Throughout the process you kept me informed, and made suggestions. The finished product was more than I had ever hoped for. I will treasure it forever. Anna was great; she put together the Tribute that people have commented on. “Everpresent did a fine job of converting my VHS to DVD and, also, communicating as their work progressed. However - and tempering this against such as my local library having a do-it-yourself-VHS-to-DVD-for-free - I have to reflect your charge for doing this work as notably high.”

“I recently had two mini cassette tapes and two regular cassette tapes digitized by Everpresent. I had them transcribed onto a thumb drive. The 30-year-old cassettes contained some precious personal and historically significant audio recordings I wished to preserve and archive. They did an excellent job! I was able to hear my long-since-departed mother and sister's voices with surprising clarity. I am now also able to finish a long overdue historical film archiving project by adding witness narration. My only issue with Everpresent (and the only reason I didn't give them a 5 Star rating) was their lack of communication on my digitizing project. I was somehow dropped off of their project tracking process. I would usevthem again and recommend them to anyone considering having their precious audio recordings digitized.”

“I have used Everpresent for three separate projects. Two of the projects included dozens of 8 mm film that had been sitting in storage since the 1970s and old VHS and betamax cassettes from the same period. I was not sure if anything could or would be salvageable. I am grateful to say that the footage Everpresent produced for me in digital form was exactly as I had hoped it might be - clear, complete, and fully precious. I highly recommend their services.”
