“I am very happy that I found Everpresent. We had many VHS-C tapes that were 25+ years old and we tried to play them through our very old camcorder with no luck. The audio and video playback was terrible. We also noticed that some of the tapes had mold on them. “I submitted a VHS tape from 1991 (32 years old) and requested three DVDs to be made from the tape. The people were very professional and they sent me emails with a progress report many times throughout the process. I received the three DVDs in a timely fashion. Two of them were very good while a third one was somewhat blurry and the DVD paused briefly several times throughout the tape. This was very disappointing. I do realize the tape is old and I do feel they did the best they could. But I was disappointed with the third DVD as I think this was a very expensive project. Maybe they didn't check the third DVD.”
