“My experience with EVERPRESENT was exceptional. I wanted to digitalize my camcorder tapes, for many years. I researched options, and EVERPRESENT ended up on the top, of my list. All points that were important to me, were covered, and the results exceeded my expectaions. Communication, process, and results, were perfect. EVERPRESENT is a clear choice for analog digitalization. I thank them, for the enjoyment that I have watching my videos!”

“Everpresent did a wonderful job converting a video created in 1993 from a VHS to a usb thumb drive for me. The quality is great and their communication throughout the process was excellent. Everpresent has convenient drop off locations and the process is seamless at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend them and would personally use them moving forward.”

“After coming across a box of 11 film canisters from the mid-1920s, I contacted EverPresent to see if they could salvage any of them. To my surprise and delight, they were able to digitize every one of them! What a wonderful addition to my family history, to see grandparents, and great-grandparents, some I never got to know!... and to see the 1920s era was so much fun and interesting....seeing their homes, cars clothing etc..as well as sharing with my children and grandchildren! They love the history too! EverPresent keeps you updated every step of the way...and the drop-off/pick-up was so convenient for me! The EverPresent app is so great! I have been able to share the films with family members, even internationally! Great experience....do not hesitate to use this company. I am so happy I did!”

“Everpresent did a terrific job for me, digitizing 30 VHS videos. I only dropped them off in the first week December and asked for them by Christmas. Everpresent met my schedule. Thanks! The quality of the digitized videos is better than the quality of the originals. I don't know whether that has something to do with the equipment I used to play each format, but I was delighted with the outcome. I didn't give 5 stars because I had numbered the tapes but Everpresent used their own numbering which did not correspond to mine. I found it confusing to find what I was looking for. The fault is likely mine because my numbers may not have been big and clear enough, but I would advise future customes to make sure any labeling is super clear to avoid this issue. Overall, I was very happy with the experience. Customer service and responsiveness were great.”

“I am so glad to have finally taken the time to bring my tapes to EverPresent; it was an amazingly smooth, streamlined process and I was never left to wonder what was happening or when things would be completed. From the very beginning, there was good and reliable communication between me and the technicians and other staff members, whether by phone or email. Their estimate for the time required was spot on, and I was able to deliver a very special Christmas present to family members. The results were wonderful and I was amazed at how good most of the tapes sounded when converted to mp3 files, considering they had been stored for 50- 60 years in a damp basement. I am happy to recommend them to anyone else looking to do something similar.”

“Pros: - Quick processing of our order, which was appreciated! - Lots of email communication in terms of what stages our order was at in the process. Cons: - I sent in 3 VERY old boxes of film to be processed, and little stickers were applied to each box by EverPresent, I assume for identification purposes. When removing your stickers after I received the order back, the paint from the box peeled off with the stickers. - While you were waiting for me to contact you to pay our deposit, I received an annoying amount of emails AND phone calls, continually asking for the deposit. At first I explained that I had to wait on my business office to make the deposit, but eventually I just ignored your calls and emails because it was too much.”

“Tia Porter was fabulous to work with at Everpresent. I had to trim my project down and she took photos of all 25 cylinders so I could choose 4 to convert to usb. The quality is excellent and we are so happy with the final product.”
