“The first product -file 943443 was excellent in all respects..The second file #943252 has been somewhat of a disappointment, unfortunately. The project included twice the number of rolls of film-I wanted a smaller one to begin to evaluate the project. One thumb drive sent on the second file was quite good. . I asked for 3 thumb drives of the second file and was quite disappointed. The project was sent in 3 thumb drives. The first was fine the second had nothing to do with me nor the rolls of film I sent. In fact the second of the 3 thumb drives showed pictures of beautiful rivers,forests catherdals etc but nothing related to my project. I called several days ago and explained my situation to your associate. She found the project and said she was somewhat uncertain and was going to talk to someone and would get back. I have never received a return call. So A for product #1 and far lower grade thus far for project #2. Please have someone find out what has happened and get back to me. I have family coming in from TX and promised a surprise-the surprise looks like it will be on me.

“I'm not happy with the final price. Quoted estimate was $180, final was 50% higher close to $270. And the film was only 4 minutes long. That is over the top expensive and I don't see how non-profits or any family can afford that.”
