“I had a very positive experience with Everpresent. Their team was especially helpful in establishing the scope and cost of the project. The work result was delivered early and was of high quality, and the cost was reasonable. I am happy to recommend them to others.”
“The first and foremost thing I like about Everpresent is the personal care they have for their cutomers they keep in contact every step of the way. I would definitley use their service again and tell many of my filmmaker friends about the great service Everpresent provides”
“I’m happy with the result but it was a couple tapes that were infomercials and I did tell the lady that if that was the case not to do it
Small thing but wasted money”
“Very good communication during the digitizing process--I always knew what stage my project was in. The quality of the scans were good and I am happy with them. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to easily rename and download my photos. I didn't use the app, so can't comment on that. A bit pricey, and there are a lot of "add-on" services that you can get, for a price, which I had to decline because I was already spending more than I wanted to. But they don't really do the hard-sell on the add-ons (I felt my decision to turn them down was respected.). I have a lot more photos that I need to get scanned but I think I need to shop around and try to find something more affordable for me. The only other negative is that they forgot to apply a discount that I had asked for, so I had to press a little to get that refunded, but they came through and gave it to me. It was a little less than I expected, but was at least something. If money wasn't an issue, I would definitely use their service again.”
“Very organized and thorough. I do have a couple tapes with quality issues but could be the tapes themselves and not the stick. Overall, I am satisfied”

“All interactions with this company are prompt, informative, and courteous. Easy pickup and dropoff at network of local photography stores, to move your film to their headquarters for processing.”
“Everpresent provided just the service needed for the small hospital archive I manage. We had a modest collection of aging audiovisual materials that had to be migrated to an updated format. Everpresent worked with me while we figured out the logistics of the project, and everything was transferred and returned in a professional manner with good documentation. They were even able to save the content of a film reel from 1928 that all of us had assumed was unsalveageable! It was a real treat to see one of our hospital's famous physicians on film, still recognizable after almost 100 years.”
“Very glad and grateful to have had my father's 80th birthday party digitalized. He passed away 20 years ago and my daughter wanted to show her children their great grandfather and his piano talents. It is good to be able to see my parents and their family, all having departed. Some tears and laughing mixed, but an important piece of memories to have. Thanks, and please dispose of VHS tape. “I was very impressed at the constant communication of where my project was in the process and what was next. I felt very confident that they were taking great care of my family memories.”
“The overall service was excellent. My only comment would be that the website needs an optional "power user" mode that makes it very easy to download content. An authenticated API would be even better.”
