“Very disappointed in the lack of communication. I have reached out by telephone and by email multiple times and never get a response back. I am trying to find out how to access my files from your website. I have already paid for this service but have never received instructions on how to access it. I hope this message gets forwarded to your CEO. I would think he/she would be exceedingly disappointed.”

“The process went very well. Very nice person at the drop off site reassured me that EVERPRESENT is a reputable company that does quality work. The final transfers from VHS and 8mm film to USB came out very well considering the age of both items. My family and I are very happy to have the memories preserved.”

“Very expensive considering they only digitised 4 photos. Now I have to print them myself! All I wanted was 4 prints from 4 antique negatives. Otherwise very nice group.”

“I've already expressed my discontent with your company twice. I went to Northboro to pick up my package & only my VCR tapes were in the box. I was sent an email during the week to pick up my USB stick. Went back to Northboro the following weekend, nothing there. I called your company & was told that you never sent an email to me & that you'd mail my USB plug to me before Thanksgiving so I could have it for my family. Well THAT didn't happen either! I received it the day AFTER Thanksgiving which didn't allow me to show it to family. I'm incredibly disappointed with your company, and the fact that I never received any apology or compensation for this totally botched delivery. Would NOT recommend your company to anyone. In fact, another relative passed away & I told the family to NOT use you and explained the reason. Deborah Gancarz Buttons2spunky@yahoo.com”
