“I came to Everpresent to have 2 casette tapes converted to cd's with breaks in the tracks so I could access a desired track quickly. The first cd's that were done did not have the requested track breaks and I was having trouble getting help to re-do the discs correctly. That was before I called yet again and Brady Richter answered the phone, fortunately for me. He patiently listened to my frustrating story and said he would look into it and get back to me. And he did, and very quickly. He had the discs done correctly and they are perfect! “The safety of my original videos was perfect, the transfer to a thumb drive was perfect, and it was all done in a very quick time. My only issue was that they took the second payment from my bank account without notifying me first. Because they had my bank information from the first payment, they automatically took the second one. As it turned out, I was overdrawn with my bank because I needed a minute to move money into the appropriate account.”

“Not overly impressed with the quality. No improvements such as clarity of photos were made. I paid extra $$$ for the upgrades, improvements but that did not occur. The audio was awful, distorted. The film, no better. But most disappointing were the slides. I was getting a better quality with my Kodak slide converter, though at a slower pace because it only does one slide at a time manually. Also, I sent a photo to my sister from the thumb drive you provided. Her iPhone made better improvements to the picture, the faces were much clearer. Very disappointed that it only seems that your company simply scanned and did no quality improvements at all. Will not recommend your company to anyone.”
