“Myself, I was very happy with your "magic". I am giving the thumb-drive of my sister's singing, to my nephew today, as it is his 60th birthday. I truely hope he willl enjoy your work. But for my own ears, the voices seamed a bit "muddled". I can guess this was a process of reducing background noise, fighting with the very poor quality of the cassette recording. My question to you, is that if this is the case, will you be able to "re-mix" with perhaps more "treble", or whatever, to bring out the singer's voices? Judy was his mom, and, of course, I will be responsible for all addition costs. If this is the case, will you need me to re-send the cassette and thumb-drive to you? Whatever is best, I still am happy with your work. I only, NOW, have to hear my nephews ideas. THANK YOU EVERPRESENT! I await any/all responces. Sincerely, Stephen A. Beebe :-)”

“I researched the number of companies and chose EverPresent due to their presentation, track, record and professionalism. They didn't disappoint. The pick up of my tapes to be converted was exactly on time and the delivery of the finished product was ahead of schedule. The quality is excellent and the website is easy to use. I recommend them consistently and appreciate the customer service that was shown to me.”

“Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with your company. I asked for a 1:1 transfer of VHS tapes to DVDs. For VHS tapes I received the single tape split up across several DVDs, rather than 1 DVD which is what I was expecting (a 1:1 ratio like I had asked for). I wish I had known that beforehand. And for any content of VHS tapes that has to be split across DVDs, it would be nice if there was an option for a Menu to be added to the DVD to select where to navigate to on the DVD rather than having to fast forward through content. The price I was charged at the completion of the project was 57% higher than the proposal I received. If there is no transparency in the what the final, actual price will realistically be, why bother providing an estimate? In the first phone call, I was told that if I had less than about 20 tapes then they could be delivered prior to Christmas. I sent 16 tapes from my collection. The customer service rep had incorrectly captured my email address during the first phone call (which I didn't know at the time). Only after 2 subsequent calls initiated by me was this error discovered. Subsequently my order was waitlisted and not delivered until after Christmas. Needless to say, I have been extremely disappointed with your company and your customer service throughout the entire process.”

“Confusing conversation with staffing about pricing gives the reason for a three along with " you'll receive back all of what we received". The original reels and canisters with identity cards were not returned. The quality of the film views is fair and some just washed over... Disappointing!”

“EverPresent certainly lived up to it's outstanding reviews! My family and I are VERY pleased and thrilled to look at so many wonderful memories. When it was popular to take slides, you might never see the photos for months until the film roll was filled (or maybe never)! Now they are all at our icloud fingertips any time. We're referring back and forth laughing, smiling, maybe crying over 50 years of creating memories. EverPresent was so thorough, explained all steps in advance, during, and summary when done. I highly recommend using them as they are extremely professional and worth every penny! Thank you!!”

“I'm very pleased with the digitization of my Sony Camcorder tapes. The tapes were over 25 years old and the quality of the digital copies is very good. Also, I was very pleased with the quick turnaround (3 weeks). They arrived in time for Christmas. This is the second time I've used Everpresent and I'll use them again.”
