“We discovered old family dvds with crumbling cases. EverPresent made the process of converting torn to digital so simple. Dropped them off, lots of contact, and the finished project online exceeded our expectations! I love the app so much that we decided to maintain our online account. We have been laughing at the old family videos since we got them. I highly recommend EverPresent!”

“Ever Present delivered a quality product converting my 8 mm family films to DVD’s and USB drives. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. I was update every step of the way. The final project was packaged and the original films were returned. I would highly recommended this company.”

“I am pleased with the speed of the videos, but though I had ordered DVDs as well, I guess I wasn't clear on my ordering. I had a little trouble contacting your company once or twice and I am seeing many video services, that appear to be less expensive.”

“Working with the staff at Everpresent was very pleasant. All are very professional. The quality of each photo is excellent, even though some were quite old, and were improved by the work at Everpresent. My photos were a chronology of my children's lives from when their Dad and I met to their weddings and children. The order of the photos is VERY important for it to make sense. During my phone call with Everpresent, I made this VERY CLEAR. The photos were numbered in RED ink to make this chronology clear. When the thumb drives arrived, the photos were not even close to being in order. Whoever did the actual work did not pay attention to the order. I was disappointed and surprised because I had been clear about the importance of order . I called you, and Eileen (?) said she would speak to the person who filled my order and call me back. I have received no call. I do realize that it is the holidays, and certain employees could be on vacation. I I am looking forward to receiving 3 new thumb drives WITH the photos in order.
