“I came to Everpresent to have 2 casette tapes converted to cd's with breaks in the tracks so I could access a desired track quickly. The first cd's that were done did not have the requested track breaks and I was having trouble getting help to re-do the discs correctly. My only issue was that they took the second payment from my bank account without notifying me first. Because they had my bank information from the first payment, they automatically took the second one.
