“My experience with Everpresent was excellent! I found Everpresent searching online for a service that could reliably convert my old film reels — some of them over 70 years old! I had some concerns about sending them in, worried that they might get lost or damaged, or the quality of the reproduction would be poor. I took the plunge, (after being assured by the customer service rep) and it all worked out well! I worked with a customer service rep named Caris who did an excellent job informing me upfront and keeping me posted on the progress of my order. Bottom line is that Everpresent delivered ahead of schedule and the quality of the digitized movies was outstanding. My reels were promptly returned in the same condition and the price was fair and as expected. I will definitely use Everpresent again. My only issue with the service was that it was not easy to reconnect with your service rep directly by phone as you need to call into a central switchboard and be transferred. This takes time and can be a little frustrating as she was frequently on another line. I ultimately found that the most effective way to communicate was via email and this ended up being fine and efficient once I made up my mind to proceed with the project.”
