“Working with the staff at Everpresent was very pleasant. All are very professional. The quality of each photo is excellent, even though some were quite old, and were improved by the work at Everpresent.
My photos were a chronology of my children's lives from when their Dad and I met to their weddings and children. The order of the photos is VERY important for it to make sense. During my phone call with Everpresent, I made this VERY CLEAR. The photos were numbered in RED ink to make this chronology clear.
When the thumb drives arrived, the photos were not even close to being in order. Whoever did the actual work did not pay attention to the order. I was disappointed and surprised because I had been clear about the importance of order .
I called you, and Eileen (?) said she would speak to the person who filled my order and call me back. I have received no call. I do realize that it is the holidays, and certain employees could be on vacation. I
I am looking forward to receiving 3 new thumb drives WITH the photos in order. If you need the original photos back with the correct numbering, I am happy to re send them.

“I will be direct. I was nervous surrendering every photo and yet they communicated every step of the way. The process for a lack of of a better term was meticulous. I wasn't in a hurry but they got it done much sooner than I expected. The price is not what I expected but in all fairness I didn't know what to expect with my project. Also in fairness the process is time consuming and detailed. My finished project was easy to upload to my iCloud and I have my USB drive. Wasn't sure about that but was pleasantly surprised it was slick and easy. My photos and such came back to me... all of them. So many things in EVERPRESENT have earned serious credibility. “i had old 35MM slides digitized and the job was done well considering the age of the slides. I was disappointed because I have a dozen or so unlabled VHS tapes and wanted tp preview them before having them digitized and you offered no such service. Still waiting to find one, the local libraries do not have them available as you said and am on the waiting list to use one. Then I will return as a customer”
“Everpresent took a pile of 8 and 16 mm films, mostly taken by my father when my sister and I were young (early 1950's), and made it possible to see them again - and for that I am grateful. The B&Ws were grainy and the colors faded - but I realize that is the result of sitting in a box all these years and is not their fault. Only criticism is the amount of time it took for the project to be complete - about 2 months.”

“Brought old home movies and our wedding video to have everything done digitally. Worth every penny! EverPresent did a fantastic job, I was worried the 50 year old + 8mm would be ruined but they came out beautifully. Hopefully this will be a Christmas to remember when my family members get a copy of the home movies!”
“Had the 3 photos developed and sent copies to the Goffstown Historical Society. These pix were from 1938 of the Incline Railway which climbed the Uncanoonuc Mt. In Goffstown to a hotel on top until 1941 when the hotel and the tracks burned. The Society sent me a thank you note saying they were the clearest pictures they have of the trolleys. Thanks for a good job.”
