“I have purchased at least a half dozen Electric Unicycles and other items from Jason and the team at ewheels over the last 4 years. Every single transaction has been flawless and with some of the most professional customer service I have experienced. It's refreshing to see a company succeed not only because of the products they sell but the professionalism they exhibit. I will continue to do business with and promote the ewheels company as long as they are in existence.”

“Awesome starting wheel. Mine came with upgraded foot pedals. Jason/William helped me pick 16S as my first EUC. Great recommendation. They also answered all of my newbie questions as well. Top shelf customer service.”

“eWheels has the best customer service of any company I have ever seen. They reply to questions via email, often within a few minutes and definitely within a couple hours. They’ve been extremely helpful whenever I’ve had any kind of problem and have covered warrantee repair issues quickly and efficiently. More than once I’ve asked for a small replacement part that they’ve sent out to me quickly and said ‘no charge’. They’re super knowledgeable, and everyone I’ve spoken with holds them in very high regard. They have super competitive prices and I see no reason whatsoever to buy my unicycles from any other place. I know this is clearly a glowing review but believe me, it’s all for very good reason. I genuinely feel like these guys care about their customers and they show it every day whenever anything is needed. I confidently tell anyone who asks about my unicycle, go to ewheels.com. It’s hands-down the best place I know of for buying one (and yes I have tried a couple other places early on and had issues with them). Once I found eWheels though, everything has been smooth sailing in terms of upgrading to new wheels and dealing with issues as they arise.”

“Deciding to find an e-scooter was quite the challenge. I stumbled upon eWheels by accident as I was looking into the Vsette 10+. The product description with videos and reviews made it simple to know that I found the right investment based on my daily commuting needs. The website was simple and easy to navigate with the payment option was smooth as silk. I was later surprised to know that additional support was extended even before my e-scooter arrived. I was offered the how-to manual to get accustomed to my new purchase as well as a supporting rapid charger which even included a discount that was not delayed as soon as I ordered it. The follow-up emails with tracking were exceptional and they made me feel really good about my purchase. I am grateful that ewheels not only stands behind the product but encourages education on the product with support to boot. There was a slight hiccup with tracking as Fed-Ex advised it would arrive early, however it arrived as promised on the original date of anticpation and the same evening my rapid charger arrived. It was quite refreshing and super easy to do business with. Thank you for being prompt and informative. It's very much appreciated”

“I ordered the wrong Kingsong unicycle for my weight and caught the issue. I contacted your site and William immediately contacted me and corrected my issue and upgraded my order to the correct unicycle. He such a professional and courteous assured me everything was going to be okay. He got my order out same day. I am a customer for life with e-wheels because of William. “This is my 1st time using the company. Shipping and processing was fast, especially considering other companies shipping problems are taking up to 3 months. The mten3 is nice so far. Aparently a beginner should have started with a 16 inch wheel yet my budget and needs worked out beter with the mten3. Still learning but I am making progress. Hopefully I can be profitient enough to get a faster wheel. I had trouble with the start procedure and I was emailed within a day to silve the issue. I thought it was on but it was not. More instructions or clearer more indepth instructions would be handy. Had to feel my way around in the dark so to speak. The calibrating for a level start place had no coverage in instructions. I figured it out but proper instructions would have saved me a headache or 2. Not ewheels fault just letting you know what could have made it more clear for beginer riders. I do look forward to buying more devices in the future. A wide selection of etransport, very fun to browse around. May your busines thrive so we can put a real dent in polution. Not just fake regulations that do no help to the environment and just screw us out of our money.”
