“Ordering from Ewheels was amazing! They respond quickly and the King Song 18XL I received from them was in perfect condition! I’ve put almost 500 miles on it in like 11 days and I’ve had NO issues! I’ll be ordering more EUCs from Ewheels in no time! I would highly HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to get an EUC! Jason and the team at Ewheels are people you can trust!”

“eWheels is the only platform I buy EUCs on for three reasons: 1. The best reason, customer service. I had so many questions, and lots of doubts. I changed my mind about a million times, and the service at eWheels was right there. Besides the weekend, my email response average was about ~10 minutes, which is really great knowing someone is there and willing to help you. 2. The EUC selection! eWheels carries the best quality wheels bar-none, other platforms only carry KingSong, or Inmotion, or Begode, but eWheels has ‘em all… AND 3. The customization! Not only does eWheels have the best EUCs, they also take extra steps with manufacturers to ensure they come equipped with the safest batteries, best tires, and pedals that an EUC can offer. For this reason in particular, I am a repeat eWheels customer.”

“I ordered my first EUC from eWheels and within 3 hours I received a couple of informative/helpful emails from the staff in regards to my EUC specifically, as well as shipping & tracking information... which FedEx had also confirmed shipping that same day as well! I was surprised because it was late in the afternoon and wasn't expecting my order to be processed that same day! Two days later I turned around and ordered several accessories for my EUC (before it had even arrived), and opted/paid for 2-day shipping (in hopes of getting everything around the same day), and eWheels in turn reimbursed me for my expedited shipping costs, and everything STILL arrived in a timely manner! I sincerely thank them for all their efforts, and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future!”

“The best scooter ever!!! 20 lbs lighter than the majority of scooters out there but so sturdy and goes so fast! I’ve had no problems with this scooter going over horrible roads in the city. It also charges quickly and is easy to setup. Highly recommend, so fun!”
