“After A long wait for the Veteran Sherman I received the wheel with the wrong tire. I had ordered the knobby tire and received the street tire. I sent the wheel back to ewheels and they swapped the tire and returned the wheel to me in record time! Thanks to William and all the folks at eWheel for their dedication to satisfying their customers. If you are in the U.S. why would you purchase a wheel from anyone else?”

While an unfortunate situation, neither eWheels nor our fulfillment team were aware of a small number of street-tire Shermans making their way into this batch (we had ordered ALL off-road tires from Veteran). This is not the customer's fault, of course. That said, we provided the customer with multiple options to resolve the situation: sending out an off-road tire immediately (letting the customer keep the street as a spare), eWheels paying to have the Sherman immediately shipped to our repair facility to replace the tire at no cost to the customer, or waiting for the next batch of off-road-tire-equipped Shermans due in ~12 days. We tried our best here, as we always do, in good faith.

“ewheels.com is great! Jason is super responsive and helps me with all of the minor issues I've had with my gear. It's great to have a local contact who can help deal with these fancy machines which are mostly don't have a corporate presents in the USA. I'd not buy an EUC anywhere else. Thanks!”

“As a first time rider the choice that was made was correct , Tesla V2 can’t lose , at 215lbs this EUC is great for getting around in the city or just having fun I love it , now I want more power and range for group rides , thanks Ewheels for top notch customer service and care , Drew and Jason thank you for helping with my order. “I have always been satisfied with all my purchases with Ewheels and their customer support. My recent purchase was a bodyguard protective cover for my MSP. Jason himself email me back as soon as they got my order just to make sure it was for my MSP not the RS. I also got an email right the way from Williams regarding my shipping charges being credited because I am a repeat customer.”

“I actually do not want to give them even a star but to give a review I did. I believe they sent me a defective scooter because when I got it the front motor didn't work. They said shipped it back to them, so their technician can fix it. When I got it back from them within 10 minutes I rode it, the scooter became unbalance and fell, it caused accident and get hurt. It takes me a few days before I was able to look at it, found out the cables wrapped around the steering wheel which made it could not turn to either left or right and also affected the rear brake which in turn made it to fall. The scooter is worse than I got it the first time (front motor did not work), thanks to their so called technician. I will not send it back to them to fix it knowing what happened. It has been three weeks emailed them not only they did not want to refund me which I thought that is the right thing to do, and when I asked to send the cable and throttle so I can try to fix it they keep asking me to send photos which I did for this 3 weeks, and now they asked me to send videos. They do not have any intention to refund me nor send parts. Buyers beware where you buy your scooter.”

“As a beginner on a EUC I had no idea as to which wheel would meet my needs, eWheels.com met that gap with excellent communication. I provided my physical information and goals for riding and they provided me with their recommended wheel and most importantly why they were recommending the King Song 16X. After doing my own research, I came to the same conclusion and bought the wheel. The staff at ewheels.com responded to my emails with a multitude of question within just a few minutes, good communications. Their price was not only competitive with other online retailers, they also had excellent reviews for the company. I will buy my next wheel from ewheels.com”
