“In all honesty, I can't speak highly enough of all that Jason, Drew, William, and the entire team at EWheels.com have done in working with me in acquiring my first EUC that simply goes above and beyond good customer service. My wife was so impressed, she got interested in EUCs from the interactions of acquiring my own, and now the kind folks at EWhhels.com has my wife's first Wheel en route as I type this. Quality Wheels, at the best deals, and customer service that exceeds contemporary norms. A small discount is offered as an incentive to write reviews, which isn't an uncommon practice as you are all too aware. That is a wonderful additional incentive, but I would have written this almost verbatim (other than the prior disclosure of the discount which I was unaware of) as soon as I knew how and where I could take the small amount of time needed to write this review regardless, as a means of gratitude. I will make all my future EUC acquisitions from EWheels.com. Sincerely to EWheels.com, and the entire EUC community around them, thank you from the wife and I. “I have now has my Turbowheel Swift for almost 3 months and I absolutely love my little beast. She picks up a little slow but that can be a good safety feature when traveling in the city. I stay comfortable in mode 2 and I haven’t explored the higher speed on this unit. In other words, I have never tried max speed. It’s pretty fast in mode 2. My only complaint is that my left handlebar can be turned even while screwed into the stem. My right one doesn’t move but I can’t figure out where to tighten to prevent the left one from turning. I have to tighten the handlebars often because of this.”

“Many thanks to the eWheels team for the impeccable service for my Veteran Sherman purchase. The entire team went above and beyond and answered every questions I could come up with. I was made aware of expected shipping dates during the pre-order, and the delays that inevitably happened as they enforced high level of quality control with the Sherman. My wheel arrived in excellent condition with a safety checklist that eWheels themselves performed before sending it out. I’ve continued to receive great customer care including getting parts and accessories, with speedy correspondence even throughout the weekends, to ensure my needs were met.”

“Ordered. Changed my order. I asked questions. All answered right away. I was kinda a lousy customer. They kept me happy and got me my wheel faster than expected (on time). All the other companies are delivering late and charging extra to expedite. Ordered from eWheels and glad I did. Sherman batch 2 - zero issues”

“The throttle is very touchy and it’s very difficult to control. its not as easy to maneuver as a Segway scooter. If you’re looking for something that has a lot of torque this is the scooter for you but if not it does not fit someone who is an intermediate writer who occasionally wants to ride. The board is fast but it really doesn’t have a lot of finesse when it comes to the throttle control.”

“Fantastic service and products! The customer service at ewheels had gone above and beyond expectation. They have kept me informed at all times regarding the state of my order, updates or any changes that have occurred. Any questions that I've had were answered promptly and they always provided me with information or suggestions on resolving my questions. Orders have been sent out quickly and arrived with perfect packaging with no issues what so ever. I originally ordered an S18, but due to manufacturing updates and quality control delays had asked ewheels to switch my order. They promptly made that possible and I am now the proud owner of a Veteran Sherman! I have been out on it every day since its arrival and have been enjoying every minute on it. Couldn't be happier!”

“Small and portable, acceleration, braking is great it, can handle most hills, comfortable and fun to ride. There is a learning curve to get use to. Great for a starter wheel before upgrading to faster and bigger wheels”

“We purchased a V10 about a year ago from E-Wheels. We recently bought the new V11 as our second wheel so my wife and I can ride together. The new one took awhile to receive due to mfging schedule and ongoing design improvements. Nevertheless, I have been more than pleased ordering from E-Wheels. They answer questions quickly and always go the extra mile. We love the V10 and I think we will the V11 as well when we get a few miles on it!”

“Ewheels customer service has been exceptional as usual. I placed a preorder for a V11 mid summer and ewheels provided timely and regular updates on the status of my wheel. They have helped me trouble shoot issues with my other wheel that I purchased through a non responsive eBay seller. Highly recommend ewheels.”
