“Great service. The shipping address was incorrect but Jason got it fixed right away. I communicated with them over a span of a month and they were pretty patient since I was on the fence. This is my 4th wheel from eWheels.”

“This was my first experience buying and researching for an Electric Unicycle. I had many questions in hope to narrow down the choices to make sure I bought the right one for me. Everyone I spoke with on the phone at Ewheels were more than helpful with all my questions helping me gain confidence with my purchase. Ive bought the Nikola Plus and the MSP high Torque and both have been amazing wheels without any issues. So glad I made this leap into the EUC world.”

“From the moment I paid my deposit on my EUC to the when it was delivered to my home I have received only the best service from eWheels. Drew and Jason were always responsive to my emails and worked diligently to answer every question I had even offering pictures of EUCs they had in stock beyond what was on the website. I know where I am going for my next Electric Unicycle. The choice is clear: Always, eWheels!”

“The eWheels team was great during my purchase of a new e-twow gt 2020 last month. They were very prompt and responsive from the time they followed up on my initial order to answering some questions I had along the way. They were also awesome to let me substitute another comparable item as the free sale item perk during a sales promotion that was going on at the time (since I was already purchasing the original free sale item). In addition, they shipped my order out very quickly. I highly recommend the eWheels team and thank you for a great e-scooter!”

“The ewheels team was great it answering the questions I had. I appreciated their perspective to validate the pick I had. “Very pleasant experience. The wheel arrived two days early which was an amazing surprise. Costumer service is responsive though sometimes a bit vague in their response. The wheels are more expensive through eWheels than foreign sites but here is what that gets you: - fast shipping - someone to ask questions to about your wheel - someone to contact if there/when there is an issue Will I purchase from ewheels in the future? Yes.”

“I've bought 3 EUC's from ewheels over the last couple of years and every the experience was pretty much flawless. They always communicate promptly and have never gotten annoyed with my many questions. I purchased an escooter from another supplier and had some issues which were not handled well. I'll stick with eWheels next time.”
