“I'm almost 50 and new to the 'sport', and decided to make the Tesla V2 my first / learning wheel. I don't know anyone else where I live (TX) that rides EUC's so I just watched a YouTube video on how to ride and found an empty parking lot and started crashing. It was a weird love / hate relationship the first few days, but I'm glad I stuck with it. I have taken to trail riding, So my poor Tesla V2 as taking a beating but it just keeps on going! The Tesla V2 is an excellent starter wheel, plenty of speed 30 plus miles an hour, and the 1020 battery always outlasts me and will last for many hours when riding at trail speeds. After I disassembled and reassembled to fix a flat tire I encountered my first and only 'cut off.' I immediately notified ewheels and Jason and others were quick to communicate with me. Ultimately, no repairs were necessary it was most likely a wire that was pressing into the electronic chip / mother board (my bad), simply moved it put the side cover back on and I'm back on the trails.”

“Its my first wheel so fighting the learning curve but as far as eWheels is concerned everything was good regarding the purchase, shipping time & communication. The initial email which I received well before getting the wheel helped me prepare and explains everything like getting it out of shipping mode, connecting apps, safety etc. FedEx took an extra day but no fault of eWheels, basically ordered on a Friday and got it 2 Tuesdays later (11 days) from CA to MA, not bad at all.”

“The guys at eWheels are awesome. This is some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. My wheel had a small amount of cosmetic damage to the trolly handle due to the manufacturers package design. Less than an hour after contacting them about it I got an email saying a replacement handle was in the mail. Communication was top notch. I’ll never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

“I love my E-Twow electric scooter. It's a blast to ride brings me back memories when I used to skateboard back in the 70s. I've been searching for electric scooters and this company is awesome give it two thumbs up😁👍👍 it takes me over 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the my job. ...I make it by 3 minutes flat. The salesperson by the name of William was very knowledgeable polite👍 I recommend this company to my friends and family you guys have an awesome blessed day and thank you again e-Twow”

“I’ve owned a lot of wheels, Kingsong 18L & 16X, Gotway MSX 84V and Nikola 100V and I’d trade them all for one Veteran Sherman. The effortless speed, zero anxiety about how far I can travel, excellent balance, LCD display and crash guard make this the best EUC ever made. I’m so happy I decided to take the plunge and buy this wheel. I’ve already started selling my other wheels because they are no longer needed.”
